Paid over 314 for a ear infection that wasn’t cured. When I messaged them about how displeased I was they didn’t even know what dog I was talking about. They don’t care about their patients or the dogs needs just as long as you pay their bills. Place is more concerned about making money than helping your pet. I strongly advise people don’t use this vet.

Nice, clean waiting room and clean patient rooms. Staff were all very caring and excited to meet our pup, Elly! The vet took good care of her and gave some helpful suggestions in her training. I feel like our pup will be well cared for here, and I appreciate that they are such a short drive away from us!

After Dani at the front desk made mistakes with my dog’s prescriptions twice in a row, I’m done with this practice. And while I’m waiting for her to get it right, other staff come out to tell her they can’t overwhelm the doctor cause he’s the only one there and he only comes in at 2:00. Staff shouldn’t be talking about this in front of customers, but it sure explains why I’ve had to wait over a month for an appointment for vaccines.

We live in NH and heard about CAC through our neighbor whose family has been utilizing their veterinary care for about 30 years. With the pandemic going on, we were unable to have our dog, Apollo, seen by a specialist for his torn CCL and meniscus. When Apollo hurt his knee in mid-July, specialists in southern NH were booking out until mid-September. After googling and researching I called CAC at the request of our neighbor. I CANNOT express enough how PLEASED we are with this clinic. Not knowing any of the doctors and being an hour and a half away, they made us feel like we had been part of the clinic for 30 years after the first phone call. They were able to get us in 2.5 weeks sooner than 6 other specialists in southern NH to see a board-certified surgeon. Even with the new policies and procedures in place for the pandemic, they made our experience easy and comfortable. Apollo is a 6 year old, 100+ lb, chocolate lab (bear cub) and had a TPLO procedure on his left knee. He normally needs trazadone and gabapentin to enter the vets office but not here. While he is still healing from the surgery almost two weeks ago, we will gladly drive him back for post op films in 6 more weeks. These guys are professional, they love what they do, and they take care of your family. 100% recommend, it doesn’t get any better than this clinic.

The staff at Cumberland Animal clinic is truly the best. I have a 3 1/2 year old rescue lab mix that is scared of everything. He use to have to be medicated to go into the vets, but with happy visits and lots of treats my dog was able to get his shots drug free! Every single staff member was patient and loving with my dog. I can not say enough good things about Cumbetlsnd Animal clinic. Thank you for being such a patient, loving and passionate team! I recommend them to everyone!
