This little supermarket has a lot for a small town shop. They offer a deli/bakery, and pharmacy. They always offer local produce when available and I love that! I'll shop local when offered before big cooperation anytime! Their meat department is always stocked with great products. They've added a liquor section and beer cave. They recently started a rewards program that required no sign up. It's a simple sticker/sheet method. Take advantage of that if you can! Their staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They always have help available, when things start to get busy, there is always someone to step in. It can either be your go to shopping center or a quick in and out for a few things and I like the versatility of it.

Went to the anniversary sale on Saturday 3/9/24., got some fantastic deals but was more amazed at the friendly and helpful employees at this store!!! The guys at the meat dept,the ones that were stocking the shelves,with all of us crazy shoppers in their way and the young man checking us out on register 5!!! Will definitely be back. Kudos Whitney's, be proud of your employees. !!

My reaction was OMFG and WTFF did my hubby witnessed the associate handling food at the Deli. Contamination would best describe the food — especially chicken preparation. Customers: PLEASE watch any or all associates in their handling of food to be prepared. I repeated OMFG and could absolutely not believe what my hubby was telling me. Customers are buying unsanitary food and not even know how it is done??!! OMFG so glad I do not go marketing there. I have copied and pasted my hubby’s review in their Facebook page.“WTF I just watched. Was at Whitney's at deli counter. Watched lady loading chicken rotisserie. Wore gloves. That's good. Taking chicken out of package and put in oven. Didn't bother rinsing it. Sink right there next to oven. After loading up. Still same gloves. Grabbed seasoning container. Flipped top open (I cringed and look at customer looked to me like the looks i have) put seasoning container back where it was and tried to close door. Pantry shelve on wheels was in way. Moved it away while with gloves.Shelve had pantry goods on it (double gridge).“

This store thinks about their customers, with their prices, what they stock, and having clerks at the cash register. I can go in and shop and not have to navigate around, someone stocking shelves. Another thing I like is, at Thanksgiving, organizations are always looking for donations. Most stores say you have to spend, $25 or $50 and get one turkey. Whitney's Family Supermarket lets you buy 2 turkeys for the price everyone else is asking, without having to spend any money, you can just buy 2 turkeys. In today's economy, that is a gift and a blessing to so many people. I drive a little farther to shop here but shopping here is worth the longer drive.

A all inclusive place for groceries and any other needs in this rural community. The meats and produce are fresh and delicious and the prices are equivalent to Hannaford. Services available include gas and a full service pharmacy.

Moved Hudson a month ago ! Need food or anything ! Beats running to bangor !! And burning down Walmart! Give me a break folks ! This store or market is a nice place to shop , folks nice and there to help ! Kind and helpful,find what I need ! Great place to shop !

I love Whitney's! They're so kind and helpful and clean and decent prices!! It's easy to be in and out or if you need help they're there for that in a hurry as well, I asked for help looking for certain snacks and the worker stopped what he was doing and made sure he found them for me, I love going here, thankyou guys for always being so awesome!!

If they don't have it you don't need it. Deli, bakery, frozen foods, anything you would need to keep on going. The staff is always super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. If I can't find it they know EXACTLY WHERE IT IS!

We moved to Corinth in 2018 and it’s nice having a local grocery store to buy your groceries at or pick up prescriptions. There is a weekly flyer which lists all of the food or items on sale that week and frequently have things on sale or marked down which is a huge help if you are on a budget or low income. This is a great place to shop at and the people who work here are really nice, I highly recommend shopping here instead of driving all the way to Bangor

The Mrs. And I have been going here lately instead of hannafords or Walmart. Prices are decent and they have a great selection of products. Friendly employees always a nice atmosphere. All in all this is a great supermarket. Odds are if you need it, these guys usually got you covered 😉

Nice, clean market close to my home. Good prices with lots of sales on everyday items. We had an issue several years ago with expired and repackaged meat and brought it to the attention of the manager at the time, who brushed it off. I believe management has changed since then and for the better.

Usually always has what I want/need. I usually shop here once a week just to pick up odds and ends. They do have a small deli counter for fresh meats and cheeses. You can also pick up single serve meals to take home. Have had a problem finding certain items due to Covid. They do have a few Handicapped parking spots. They are a Hannaford Bros store so do carry those items as well. Easily wheelchair/handicap accessible. Now have a beer cave.

It's a convenient grocer but has a very poor selection of vegetables. Prices are somewhat expensive. The isles are barely wide enough to allow two carts to pass one another. Friendly staff for the most part that are usually very helpful.
