This is a new kennel for us snd I was nervous as we have an extremely timid dog that requires medicine. We walked in and she listened to our concerns and handled our dog gently. Upon pick up our dog came our tail wagging and full of energy! She loves it there and we will continue coming back!

Best dog kennel around by every measure! Friendly staff that are happy to answer the phone, answer and questions, fair pricing, and they went above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of when I was gone. Will definitely bring my dog back and recommend.

I recently boarded our 3 dogs for two days, for the first time here in Maine. The lady I dealt with was friendly and helpful and gave me a report on them which showed me they are paying attention. My dogs are experienced boarders so they did very well. I recommend them.

Took my sons dog there a couple of times. The first time Ryu was totally upset having never been to a pet boarding before. The second time we went there it was total chaos trying to pick him up. The woman there was rude and a man pushed my husband aside and went in front of him so he said to the man thanks for getting in front of me instead of waiting your turn and the guy got rude but later apologized. The woman told my husband not to come back again. She was very nasty about it.We were not going to bring Ryu back there anyways because it stinks there. We had to give Ryu a bath the first time and again this time. So being told that ....is no problem. Not a good place for your animals.

We bring our beagle there every time we travel, and she is always so happy to see them. We check her for fleas before and after each visit, even though we have never had a problem... we do want to bring any there... And we also can't guarantee other pet owners are as diligent as we are. Overall very pleased.

I am so happy with my pups stay at the pet motel. The owner Pete and his daughter are very delightful! Leo has stayed there two other times, this is his 3rd. Of course the first stay he was nervous but he was treated well. The 2nd time he wasn't as nervous. And this time he was very excited! He loves the interaction of chatting with the other pups, I think. I am so thankful that the Pet Motel is so convenient. As a pet owner of course I don't like leaving my pup, but when I leave him here I can trust he is in very good care. Thank you guys!!!!!!!

Will never bring my dog here again. They SHAVED his whiskers, and gave him the worst body shave I have ever seen. Totally horrible. Very very upset they shaved his whiskers, dogs and cats need them!!

It smelled so bad when I went in, I wondered if they ever cleaned! That much smell makes me wonder how much attention your pet is getting. I was there for my cats update on shots.

I bring my dogs here ALLL the time they are clean (I have interrupted them a time or 2) and my Dogs love them though I will say they can never remember who I am until I tell them my dogs names which just proves that they care more about me dogs them me (as any parent of fur children that's what matters most) will always go back and recommend to anyone
