Poor customer service. I specifically asked the clerk if everything was in the bag before I drove away. She replied yes, the burger was not in the bag so I had to get back in line which took another 15 minutes as the french fries got cold and hot fudge sundae melted. I seldom go to McDonald's, overpriced unhealthy food with poor customer service. 👎😒

Some of the staff is friendly, but others really need to work on how they talk to customers. I swear no one has any customer service anymore. No pleases or welcomes to the store. My kids love the happy meals and meals so everyone is happy with the food. And I have always loved how each season/holiday is decorated. There is definitely pride for who owns/decorates. Very well done.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly with all the decorationsWheelchair accessibility: I see plenty of spots for wheelchair accessibility

I have had my fair share of issues with this particular McDonald's. I have had multiple issues with ordering food fresh. Waiting 15-20 minutes only for the food to be cold. But this review right here is for AJ! He is a manager there and his customer service is amazing. Now, if I go to this location, I make sure AJ is there. There is a tremendous difference in the quality of the food and the service he provides. We thank you for making sure our experience at McDonald's stays positive! See AJ!!!

"it's been a while..."I recommend a fountain drink....pour some of each soda and ice tea and and ...just press every button...fill the cup...and:it is like everything favoured jelly beans in Harry potter. yummy! and different every time. sooooo good.

Typically this McDonald's site is on its game, but this morning they were struggling. Long wait, incorrect orders and no milk to make their McCaffe coffees. Oh, and their orange juice was watered down,yuck! The biscuits and hash browns was good though, when my order finally was ready.Update: This site is back on game. It's been refurbished and is super clean.

drive thru took 20 mins just to tell us we had to come inside for our mobile order at the window when at the speaker we were told our mobile order had went through. we went inside and were told it was invalid and then tried to make us repay, when they finally figured it out we were given the wrong item, all for one single drink

I have been a regular at McDonald's for years now, and I have always enjoyed their delicious food. But last week, I had an experience that I will never forget. I was eating a Mcgriddle sandwich when suddenly, I started choking on a piece of bacon. I couldn't breathe, and I could feel my face turning red. I thought I was going to die.That's when Jimbly, a McDonald's employee, came to my rescue. He saw that I was in trouble and quickly assessed the situation. He sprang into action and gave me the Heimlich maneuver. It was a terrifying experience, but I felt relieved when the bacon finally came out of my throat. I could breathe again, and I was eternally grateful to Jimbly for saving my life.I cannot thank Jimbly enough for his quick thinking and bravery. He truly went above and beyond his job duties to help me in my time of need. I am so glad that there are people like Jimbly working at McDonald's. It's reassuring to know that they are not just there to serve food but also to take care of their customers.The food at McDonald's may be great, but what I value most is the staff's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this particular McDonald's location to anyone looking for exceptional service and a delicious meal. Thank you, Jimbly, for being my hero!

Home of the world's smallest fries. They are literally made in the next town over. The fries should look more like they do on the commercials. Instead, they always miss the mark and fail to fill them, every single time. And what is with ALWAYS getting the order wrong??? Literally have to go back EVERY SINGLE TIME! Get with the program! Ability to read should be a requirement.

First time in awhile I decided on a purchase at the Caribou, Maine McDonalds. Wow very very very disappointed. The dbl qrtr lb burger was small in size, poor in taste. French fries had no salt and I did not request "no salt " Unsweeten tea was the best part of the order but was warm did not come with Ice. The chicken mcnuggets were cold and tasteless. I asked for Hot Mustard sauce and got honey mustard. All intoll the order was $19.61 and it was $19.40 over the value of the food I ended up with. The Caribou Maine McDonald's is owned by the same person as the Presque Isle McDonald's. So prepare for disappoint and the bandanna worn by th money taker should be your warning your gonna get RIPPED OFF. I've never had as many issues with a McDonald's as I've had with this location. About 40% of the time something is askew. I've complained twice thus far because it was so bad. Once in a walk in order, the cashier tried to tell me that Happy Meals don't include fries when you get apple slices. I advised him, indeed a happy meal size fry was included. He obliged me but I saw several people with the same complaint inside. Not to mention how many left the drive thru without their fries. Regardless of fries, my happy meal was also missing the apple slices and toy! Corporate made up for this but make sure to double check your order at this location and PI.

Being the only fast food place in town, its food is hot and fresh (the fries on occasion are not but that's ok...) Befor I moved here I never ate at McDonalds cuse the food was never good or fresh. I always had more then 10 options so I would pick something else. But here I have enjoyed most of my meals from them so thank you for doing a good job and making good fast food. you are one of a few McDonald's that keeps the reputation good. And I am not eating here just because it's the only fast food place in town if the food was not good like most other McDonald's I have tried, I would get food for the family and I would eat whatever I can find at home or run to the store for something.

2 ice cold hamburgers from drive-thr. She literally said we don't have a toaster. That's why your your bun is cold so Then why is the burgers Frozen. Should be selling frozen food. Received two replacement burgers that were microwave
