I'd love to hear the employee side of some of these reviews because I've never had issues with the staff. I can only assume the problem lies with the reviewers because even when the store is incredibly busy, the employees handle it well. As for the cleanliness of the store, it's really easy to take pictures of a dirty floor in winter.

It was great till I hit cashier. Two checks later, check reader did not work. Told it happens quite often.... Need a new machine....plus work with cashier's on fixing the problem with said machine. My granddaughter had to use her card to get us out of store. Or I would have to leave everything...

Normally it's a decent store. However, I have had attitude issues with one of the employees a couple times. Plus, I'm sitting outside the store right now, it's Monday morning at 8:08am, and the lights are on but the doors are still locked and no one is answering their phone, even though they're supposed to open at 8am.

Staff are too overwhelmed. Need more help. Turnover of staff very apparent! Place too crowded and aisles are usually blocked by huge cages if products at the back of the store. Floors are not maintained and shelf sticking is a mess! I’ve quit using this store.

The store would be great if there wasn't ALWAYS merchandise piled up in every isle. The store is a hazzard to walk through constantly. I could see this happening on occasion but every time I go there it is like this. Today there was so much stuff on the floors in every isle that I opted not to attempt any shopping. It has been like this since it opened. I avoid it because of the mess there. I hope they get it cleaned up, I would like to be able to utilize this store.

It is a well packed store with an abundance of A variety of items. Couple little downfalls though. Not enough employees ever. There is always stuff stacked in loading carts up by the registers full of items. In other words the stocker/cashier is always burried with about 10 times the amount of work they have to do to stock the shevels, So I have to wonder it the perishable items are being taken care of in the proper manor? And I'm sure the actual work satisfaction is the pits either your burrird in stock and at the same time people are getting ticked off waiting for the simplest of services at the register. Well that's my 2 cents have a great day all and I hope this helps.

I go here a lot in the morning, the office I work at is across the street. I went in this morning to look for headphones to listen to music. The employee flipped out at me kicked me out of the store and told me "never come back." Then dared me to call his boss in front of him. Be safe & don't go to this store when the man with dangling ear lobes is working. Update 09/11/19: unhinged worker still there.

Fire hazard with the massively cluttered aisles. Can’t see what’s on the shelves due to carts with merchandise stacked 8-10 feet up. Ridiculously unorganized. Poor management and organization of merchandise. Not one aisle without some kind of cart with stock waiting to be shelved. Every day! Every time I go in. WTH people? Get it together!!! 😡

I love my Dollar General stores, however this location just always seems disorganized and cluttered. It reminds me more of a Mardens store than a DG. I prefer going to the DG in Washburn over Caribou. Washburn store is more inviting, & organized. The customer service has been great at both locations I must say.

I have to say, Dollar General in Limestone, Me. is very nice, both staff as well as the store itself. Very neat and organized. Enjoy visiting and purchasing my items.

I always like to visit Dollar General when I'm in Caribou to see what kind of things they have new this time I found lots of gnomes and the most comfortable pillow I have ever had

Store was a mess and very crowded. Only two people working and both of them were standing behind the register. My husband and I wandered around discussing looking for something and couldn't get any assistance

The Caribou store was a mess. There were aisles that you couldn't get through because of the mess. I couldn't find what I wanted so I left.
