The Shoppes at Cape Neddick is my first stop when searching for a gift or something special for my home. The ladies, each with a separate shoppe under one roof, are terrific. One can find distinctive and carefully selected pottery, woodwork, artwork, custom furniture, antiques, hand-knitted items, toys, costal items, etc. for the home or for one's business. Jeanne, the owner, is happy to help you find anything you need even if that involves a deeper search. In addition to being a great place to find a variety of wonderful items, it is a relaxing place to visit. The store is airy, colorful, vibrant, and fragrant. It has the feel of a museum with so many different things catching your eye and pulling you away from something else of great interest. I have bought dozens of gifts and items for my home at the Shoppes. It is my favorite place in York to shop and just visit.

Absolute must stop when looking for a gift. I stopped by with my family for souvenirs while passing through the area. I didn’t get the lady’s name that assisted in getting me rung up but she was a gem. Also made some great recommendations for places to visit/eat.

My mom and I took the chalk paint class this weekend and had the best time!! Maureen was excellent - She is incredibly knowledgeable with Annie Sloan chalk paint and she taught us some great tips and tricks while we painted our furniture pieces that we brought in. Highly recommend her class if you’re thinking of upgrading furniture with chalk paint but would like some insight beforehand... Can’t wait to do my next project!

Awesome shopping experience! There are 10+ unique boutiques with great gift items, classic clothing, jewelry, antiques, books, accessories, baby stuff and lots of things you have to have! This is the right use of the word "curated". - Unusual, changing inventory, and just plain fun. Have an ice cream on the way out. Right on route 1 south of York.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of York. Cant believe I never shopped here before. The shops are a cooperative owned and ran by 12 women. There is a variety of both homemade and imported items. Beautiful for every taste and season. There is also a quilt store on the lower floor. You can browse to your heart's delight. The owners are friendly and knowledgable about their crafts. I had a great time browing and found christmas gifts for the family including my grandson. You cant miss here.

What a gem of a space! So many unique shops inside one building. It's a must to stop there on your way to York, Maine, the home goods are so beachy- chic, and the curated goods are set up in such a refined fashion.

At really pleasant group of consignment, craft and antique shops. Staff is friendly and well versed in each of the "shops". Plan on spending some time walking through all there is to see. Been here several times and always leave with something.
