I ordered my Coldbrew 10 French Vanilla Swirl 4 liquid sugar 2 cream. I get the same thing every time. The label printed is correct 💯 but the coffee is made incorrectly 😕 my second coffee a large iced coffee 2 cream 8 liquid sugar had six liquid I had to hand it back and ask for two more to be added.

Always a pleasure stopping here, though it's not often at this particular place but I've had no problems and the bathrooms have been pretty clean and well kept so that's a huge plus because I've seen other places that have really poor skills at keeping one clean and just plain grossParking: Plenty of places to park so no worriesWheelchair accessibility: There's 3 places for handicap places and access to the building

Just went inside and bought two sandwiches for $10 total… there was suppose to be hummus, tomatoes, egg, sausage, and cheese on sourdough bread… they gave me two pieces of sourdough bread, sausage, and cheese on it. So then I went inside and politely asked the girls working if they could fix it and put what I payed for on it, they gave me a huge attitude and laughed at me the whole time they were remaking it. After they finished remaking it the girl dropped it (yes dropped) on the counter and said “I hope this is to your liking” so I grabbed it and went out to the car and checked it… and it was burnt and so hard you could poke it with your finger and it would start to crumble… very disappointing and dissatisfied.

Ever since Gina passed, this place has been a joke in the morning! Extremely unprofessional and slow! You're lucky if you get what you order. On the go orders and still missing items. The manager looks like a fool playing dress up and tells customers things that is completely inappropriate. No apologies just excuses...telling customers things a manager should not divulge. Apparently, upper management is clueless

I have gone to this location multiple times to get my coffee which I wait at counter for at least 15 mins before someone actually acknowledged me then another 10 mins for them to make my coffee staff are rude no customer service at all I have been in the field for over 20 years and they are the rudest people you complain to them and they laugh at you then screw your order up on purpose. If you want to work in customer service then act like it because eventually nobody will go there anymore.

Literally the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Associates fighting with each other, no supervisors, no accountability. Today is the second day in a row I've left without my food because i dont have the time to wait. I order on the app so it's ready when i get there, that never happens.Time to start with some new staff and change the culture. Won't be back to this dumpster fire.

This dunkin is the absolutely the worst dunkin I've ever been to. They can't seem get in their heads to make the drinks right, they are always messing up orders. The staff is not friendly and when you tell them your drink is wrong and kindly ask for it to be fixed they throw a head fit. Today I was the only customer and it took them 15 minutes to make an energy punch on top of it they didn't even stir the drink. I will definitely be taking my business else where until they decide to hire better staff.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at the Dunkin' donuts. The hash Browns were burned and my bacon egg and cheese bagel had sausage on it instead of bacon and my egg had shells in it. I will definitely never go to this location again.

I’m not one to do reviews, but in this case I felt the need to! From my experience every time I go there they have No personality, they are classless and rude , An on top of that my coffee was nasty an made completely wrong! I think it’s time for the owners to re evaluate and maybe hire some new employees with better personalities!!

I'm pretty much addicted to coffee...as I find myself needing one every day lol, and I'm also somewhat picky about the quality of my coffee. I don't always go to the same dunkin, usually just the one thats on the way to whatever route I'm on...but out of all the local dunkins I do go to, this one is by far the best. The coffee always gets handed to me fresh and perfect to my customized order, and the service is always fast. Despite the inevitable bad day that every employee of every business goes through once in a while, the employees that serve me are always very nice to me. Big thank you to the staff for putting up with everyone and still keeping a smile on your faces 🙂

Love Dunkin but tired of them taking your order and them telling you to pull forward and getting to the window for them to tell you they don't have what you ordered. So now your holding up the line. And what happened to giving a total so your prepared before you get to the window again without holding up the line.

Complete fail. I order my coffee with one cream and two sugars... lady repeats it back to me, clearly and correctly... but instead I get four creams and four sugars😑. There’s a reason I order my coffee with only one cream, so now I have a large cup of vaguely coffee flavored creamer. What a waste.

I have frequented this Dunkin for 4 years. It has steadily declined in service. This morning I was the only one in the drive thru and waited at the window for 10 minutes for one medium hot coffee. When the heavier set guy got to the window I asked for the law enforcement and veterans discount as I have for 4 years all the way up to yesterday. He ignored me and when I asked about it again after he charged me he very rudely said well I dont know who gave it to you we dont give any discounts and shouldnt have ever gotten any. With alot of sas and attitude inflected in his voice. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I will no longer go to any dunkin owned by this group.

customer service + employee motivation is lacking hard. and can't seem to get orders right, ordered caramel mocha coffee and it was obviously coconut. then a strawberry coolata and it was raspberry. figured I'd give them a break so I tried for a caremal mocha coffee again and I don't know but it tasted like a burnt chocolate brownie. I give up up with this location.

Not a very good time at this location, 25 minutes for two coffees ,they were unable to scan my phone for my bonus points, not even a sorry for the wait!!!!! Think I will avoid this place for sure second time being there and the first experience was not any better !!!!!

I will never go to this dunkin again, staff was rude, refused to remake my coffee when they made it wrong! Horrible experience, not worth the aggravation. Long wait for a disgusting coffee and refused to give me my money back! Owner needs to be held accountable! Had the same experience in Norridgewock this summer.Terrible owners, don't care.

Limited on time. Stop in. Make my order. It’s accepted. No issues. Ten minute wait for two customers ahead of me is understandable. Fifteen minute wait to be told nothing’s been made yet because “we’re out of croissants”. This place has gone down hill fast. And still owes me ten dollars back.

I go to this dd EVERY MORNING on my way to work I love all the staff esp the day girls. So helpful and nice and they get my coffee correct everyday and spoil my daughter with her favorite jelly munchkins. Thank you Canaan girls for always going above And beyond for me.

I live in Canaan and go there frequently and have never had a problem until recently. In the last 2 months i have pulled up to the drive-up to sit there for over 5 min waiting to place my order and ended up leaving several times.

The food was good. The service was aweful. Short girl with blonde hair needs to be courteous to customers and not rude. It does reflect on our views if your establishment .
