My Maltipoo puppy looks wonderful after her first haircut! They did a great job grooming all over, and her toenails are perfectly cut. She is sweet smelling and I am very pleased.

We have brought our dog here a few times now and they do a lovely job. The young woman who groomed her was very attentive and skilled. She cares so much about the dogs and is very empathetic. Our dog is elderly, has a double coat and bad arthritis so she is a very difficult dog to groom. They do an excellent job every time, very impressed.

We love the Salty Dog and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! I was nervous about dropping my puppy off somewhere for the first time and I instantly felt better once I walked through the door. The owner is great and always makes my pup look great and you can't beat the prices! Mac gives 5 stars easily :)

Amazing! We take all 4 of our bulldogs to the Salty Dog and can not recommend them enough! They are so caring and treat our dogs like their own. Bulldogs can be difficult to get clean and they do such a wonderful job- very grateful to have them around.Thank you so much!

We inherited Ditto, a miniature poodle this past January. Fortunately he is familiar with us and stayed with us on occasion before. He had been quite nervous with the previous owner’s groomer and would shake all over when he went there. He was quite shaggy when we decided it was time to have him groomed. Salty Dog was recommended to us and the reviews convinced us it was the best place to take him.Ditto was happy going in and so eager to show us how handsome he had become again after his session. .The groomer did an absolutely gorgeous job and it was obvious by his happy demeanor it was a pleasant experience for him.Thank you Salty Dog for such good care of him and giving us such a beautifully groomed boy in return.I highly recommend Salty Dog Groomers!!!

This Salty dog is warm kind and professional. They did a wonderful job with our goldendoodle and really helped us get the look we wanted while taking his comfort into account. He loves going and clearly felt relaxed and pampered by the experience. We highly recommend!

Called to set up an apportionment for my dog and decided to look at the reviews and there is so many bad ones. I called back to cancel the apportionment and the girl was like that must not be us and I was like ya it’s camdens one and she sat there and was trying to say there wasn’t any negative feedback. Okkkkk then. Definitely NEVER will bring my dog there.

Her hair's cut, but I'm really disappointed in the downhill quality the last 2 times I've gone. Consistently she's very uneven, her face is dirty, she wasn't blown out after her shave so she covered myself and my husband in shaved hair particles. This time there was even a tuft of her own hair, a huge one that looked like a missed patch, behind her ear that wasn't cleaned off of her. They claim she's incredibly difficult, and I know she is mildly, but not to the extent they say. They are the only groomers who have ever said she's "that" difficult. They need to step up the quality again and stop being lazy.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give ZERO stars. Sent my goldendoodle in for a bath and she came back not bathed, not blown out, not brushed. I can always tell because her curls get tight after a while and when she is bathed she turns into a fluffy cotton ball. She wants even clean when we picked her up. He sanitary area wasn’t clean, her mouth wasn’t clean, and after a bit the spray they must have just spritzed her with wore off and she was a smelly dog again. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Plus they only take cash or venmo. What legitimate business takes VENMO!? Horrible. Waste of money and extremely disappointed

I recently brought my dog in after a long winter of forgetting to have her groomed. Ellie needed to be cut very short due to lots of mats. The groomer didn't judge me or make me feel like a bad dog parent (I already felt aweful). Ellie looks so cute and seemed to do okay with the experience. She is perky and happy to be summer ready. Thank you Salty Dog.

Update: I had a terrible experience here right before Christmas. I dropped my dog off just after 12 for his 12:30 appointment, left my phone number for them to call me when he was done. Usually it takes them 1 hour to 1.5 hours for grooming. I live half hour away so I just drive around to the shops because it is not worth going home and then turning right back around. 2.5 hours went by so I started to worry that maybe they wrote down my phone number wrong or something, so I gave them a phone call. They said he will be ready at 3:30. I told them that was not acceptable as I had another appointment and had to have him back by 3. They told me that I could pick him up at 3 but that he would be soaking wet. I showed up to get him and asked if they had time to do everything, to which the daughter replied yes we did. He was wet but I took him. She kept putting the blame on me, saying "well it is right before the holidays so we figured people would know it would take longer," "you should have told us you had another appointment at 3:30," "yeah everyone wants their dog back within 1-2hrs today." Of course they want their dogs back in that time frame if that's how long it usually takes, and why would I tell her what I am doing 3.5 hours from dropping him off if it usually takes way less time. I paid the $55, used to be $45. Took him home and his nails were not trimmed. Maybe for the best because the last time I visited his nails were trimmed too short and would bleed on walks. She also used the excuse "well you haven't been here in a year and a half." Yes that is because his nails bled for a week after his last appointment. I was pretty upset, and was late for my next appointment so I was flustered. Wasted an entire day for one grooming appointment. Not sure who takes 3.5 hours to groom a dog but I don't want him sitting in a kennel all day so we won't be returning.12/24/16I could never give enough stars to this amazing, attentive, caring, mother-daughter duo grooming salon. Not only are the owners a delight to be around, my German Shepherd is in the very best hands during his visit. Parker smells amazing, sheds less, and itches less from his allergies after his extremely affordable visits to The Salty Dog. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I am in the area. Xoxox up

First stop in my Camden adventure. Fell in love with their stout and had to get a growler to take back to my room. Wish they had 6-packs! Loved the pretzel and cheese sauce combo. Steak poutine was perfect! Good bar vibe on a Sunday. Highly recommend stopping, seems like it is a must see in Camden!

We took our Bernedoodle to Salty Dog today, after being unable to get an appointment at the local groomer we had used previously. We could not be happier! Doodles are tough to groom, and our girl came out looking beautiful with exactly the clip we had asked for. We are so happy with the attention and service that we will definitely be going back!!!! Highly recommend this new small business!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful these ladies are. For years I have paid 25 dollars to get my mini wieners nails clipped. Always struggling with barely seeing a diffrence in her nails. The first time I went here it took 3 mins tops and they refuse to take any sort of payment and her nails looked the best they ever had.I only had my debit card so had no way to just tip and really wanted them to know I appreciated them very much. Today we went again for quick trim and I made sure I grabbed cash and again, they refused to take any money. It's been a hard time for businesses and I just wanted to show how much I really appreciate them. When July comes Im bringing them cupcakes or something. Hopefully they wont refuse some yummy cupcakes but YOU LADIES ARE AMAZING!!! Twanda and I are very greatful for you being in business. Much love!!!

I called to make an appointment a week ago, for my dog Foxy. They called me yesterday July 2nd (the day before my appointment.) They told me it was gonna be 90 degrees and they cancelled our appointment. The next day (today) it’s in the lower 70s with a cool breeze. I called to see if they would accept him today instead of next week as scheduled. She then told me I was being aggressive, I don’t care for my dog, and to go to the Yankee Clipper. Horrible experience, very rude on phone. Don’t bring your dog here because it shows how much they “care”

When I need to bring my pitbull to get groomed. They treat her like a queen. She loves going to see them. I highly recommend them. We travel 1 hour one way to get Miss Tilly groomed.

Waited 15 days for an appointment and showed a few minutes late due to tourist and road construction congestion on route 1-I was summarily turned away by a staff member who said “I was about to call you” and then asked how come i hadn’t called them- Because I don’t make calls on my phone while driving! The Last Time I’ll take my dogs to suffer their Saltiness! I rate them Zero Stars !!

This place is so wonderful! The woman who trimmed Grizzly's nails had him in and out in a flash, didn't even charge us, and educated me about getting his nails done more regularly to shrink his long quicks. Highly recommend!
