This is the sweetest little book shop! My husband and I love wandering around different towns and walking in whatever place catches our eyes, and I am so glad we found this gem! There are so many delightful books. The children’s area upstairs has lots of cozy books and bean bag chairs for reading and lounging around, and the book selection is superb!! If you’re in the Camden area, definitely stop by the Owl and the Turtle!

A charming bookstore and delicious Cafe in one. The children's book section is extensive. We walked out with a bag of books and had a most delicious snack of croissants and muffins. The coffee drinks were outstanding, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this place. An an incredible selection of great books.Friendly and easy-going atmosphere. An incredible children’s section on the second floor. Just the right amount of tables to accommodate visitors. And quite frankly, my favorite part is the coffee bar (Dave the barista is amazing at what he does. It’s like watching art real time.). By far the best coffee in town. They offer multiple coffee bean selections from all over the world, and use pour over which for me is my top choice of brewing methods.

Every time we're in Camden, we MUST stop in to the Owl & Turtle Bookshop Cafe. The staff is super friendly. The coffee is delicious ( We highly recommend Mack the Knife from Dan- Coffee on the Porch.) The bookstore is fabulous. We love this place!

Such a cute little bookstore and coffee shop! The service at the cafe was friendly and a decent selection of espresso drinks. While we didn't get food, the snacks in the case looked delicious as well. I loved the vibe of the book store and there is a small patio section with a few tables outside to sit and watch the world go by

Definately the best coffee in Camden and they make a great London fog, too...Dog friendly, local bookshop atmosphere.

Excellent pour over (I had the Mexican) perfectly brewed. This is the iconic local bookstore with coffee shop. Great books. Fun to overhear the locals gossiping and wonderful coffee.

I was shopping in Camden and needed a cold latte on this hot July day! I stopped here and the iced latte I bought was Carmel Coconut, you know, girl scout cookie Samoa style. It was so good and refreshing☕️😁Stop by and try them out. They brew Coffee on the porch and it is smooth and not bitter. By the way the coffee is roasted in Camden.

I want to just hang out in this place regularly but sadly do not live nearby. Nice people, tasty drinks (good chai latte), and adorable little book store. A nice variety, we got our son a cute book.

I wish I could give this bookstore and cafe more than five stars - one of my favorite places…and I’ve been known to go twice a day when I visit Camden. Everyone is wonderful, the coffee is delicious, and the environment is adorable. The barista also recommended a nearby hike - Fernald’s Neck Preserve, and we thought it was absolutely beautiful and are so thankful that he suggested we try it. If you stop in Camden, this is where you need to go.

It's a shame that this tiny café is "dog friendly." Dogs can easily and covertly carry ticks and they can carry Lyme disease. It's rather amazing that this place doesn't know that. Don't be surprised if multiple dogs are around your legs.

The kids loved all the different books and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the espresso! I would consider it a must-visit if you love good books 📚 and delicious coffee ☕🙌

Best latte in Camden and we've tried them all! Excellent muffins and the cinnamon rolls are to die for. Family friendly and quaint, who doesn't love coffee and books in the same place?

The Owl and Turtle is the quintessential bookstore that every book lover dreams about! They have a great selection of children's books, including a section dedicated to local author Chris Van Dusen (a family favorite). This is a quaint bookstore where you will want to grab a book, sit down, read, and relax. A true bookworm's paradise!

Staff was super friendly & helpful, drinks were great (they did take a bit to make but were worth the wait), clean restrooms & cozy atmosphere. Been both to this coffee shop & Zoot, preferred the coffee / overall experience here by far.

I'd love for there to be more seating, and it was a little unclear where the line was for coffee as there is a staircase that goes right up through the center above the cafe. Overall it is a cute and cozy shop

This place is just cozy and refreshing. We received very kind and prompt service at the coffee counter. Despite coffee not being the only focus of this place, they do it right, offering quality coffee, and traditional drinks, not just the syrupy lattes and gas station brew coffee. We got an El Salvadoran pour over, and a cappuccino, both prepared with great care. After you get your drink, you have the pleasure of browsing a moderate, but rich collection of books available for perusal and purchase. The “staff favorites” section even includes handwritten reviews on small cards inside the covers of the books. The upstairs area features children’s books and beanbags and kid sized chairs for kids to enjoy while reading. This was probably our favorite spot in Camden, but get there early because the small space can feel a little crowded once the late morning visitors filter in. Definitely a “don’t-miss” spot in Camden!
