Very nice market for your needs. Good variety of wines, whole bean coffee plus a deli! Loved it. Wide selections of items for cooking in as well as ready made items from their deli.We stopped in several times during our Camden visit and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

$40 a lb for Salami lunch meat. What?Hahahahahahaha no. No thank you.If you're going to be staying in town please plan ahead and buy before you come into town, this place is unreal with what they try to charge. It's nice to have something convenient and in the center of town... But avoid this place if you have any care about spending your money in a reasonable way.

2023:My original evaluation still stands. I picked a couple of small local jam jars this time for 6.50 each.2019:A few unique items, some typical grocery items. Nice little store with fairly high prices. Have to pay for a bag and get a pretty thin bag without handles. The bags definitely could be better especially at a cost.

French and Braun more like Fresh and Yum! Excellent grab and go baked good section with delicious coffee. Meat and cheese prices are very reasonable. They carry a surprisingly nuanced specialty food section with items you can find the local grocery chain. The staff is really friendly.

My wife accidentally left her phone by the cashier. When we arrived where we are staying we realized the phone was missing including driver's license, credit cards and cash. We hurriedly returned to the store only to find it closed. I called the store hoping to leave a message and to return in the morning. To my surprise the owner answered saying he was downstairs and after he was sure the phone was ours he came upstairs handing us the phone. The owner was amazingly kind and wished us a good rest of the evening. We are so grateful!

Centrally located downtown in Camden, F&B has all the comestibles you may need for your stay. Grab a bag and bring home the bacon (mmmmm, bacon!)

Love that there is still a small grocery in Camden. Perfect place to grab a quick pre-made sandwich or salad. Great meat department and deli. Staff is helpful.

We picked up quick lunch. Not bad, especially I can’t stand the waiting in the restaurants nearby.

Best little market in the midcoast! Everything grocery wise you'd need under one roof. Excellent coffee, I cannot stress this enough! You have to check this place out! Bakery, deli, all on point! Wish they had more vegetarian options in their prepared meals section though.

When I'm in a rush and I need breakfast and/or coffee, this is my fave stop. Their BLT wraps are a great to-go meal.

I’ve visited Camden area a few times in the past 8 years, but never ventured into this market. I purchased Scottish Salmon and it was amazing! One of the best pieces of salmon I’ve ever cooked! The man behind the counter just happened to see me looking and told me they had just got this fish in the market. If you’ve never had Scottish Salmon, you need to try it. I made a simple maple syrup glaze to go over mine.

Great market for pretty much anything you’d need to prepare a good meal at home or picnic outside. Large beer and wine selection, and a grab and go area of salads, sandwiches, desserts, and fresh breads were key for me today. 👌

French and Brawn is a great little marketplace for the Camden area. The service is great and they have a decent stock but the main kicker where things are outstanding is in the back where they have other foods that they prepare for us such as chocolate croissant. The inside and outside look a little beat up but that doesn't change the quality of the food.

This is the place to get snacks and deli meals if you are staying at a Camden BnB. Deli stays open later in evening than most of the local restaurants and has a small menu for freshly made sandwiches, etc.

F & B has served quality as long as I have been going there, 30 years. The meat department has created some of the best family Christmas dinners I have had. Their lobster bakes are wonderful. Family run and always many smiles.

Happy they still had our favorite Médoc wine in stock. All is the usual ok level on prices, staff, items available (try to go early in the day for back room/cafe items)

Among the best, walkable, in-town groceries on the Maine coast. Their meats and produce are excellent. Their selection of other helpful provisions is great... especially if only for a light stock up. I truly enjoy shopping at F&B.

A staple in the community. A great place for a quick breakfast treat, a good lunch at an affordable price or the fixings for a great dinner. Always open with convenient hours especially around the holidays.

This was a lovely market that went further as I walked into it looking for bakery items. It was late in the day so there were spaces where my favorites would be. It's a small grocery store deli with sandwiches and tons of other stuff. I'm walking with two canes or walker and may've been able to take the walker in the store.

Very diverse market. Deli, bakery, butcher, seafood, groceries, they have it all. Great location. Baguettes are very good. Give one to the deli for your favorite sandwich. Ours is the Italian.

Nice little supermarket conveniently in the middle of town. It’s pretty tight and cramped, so avoid if you have mobility troubles or like your space. They have a little bit of everything and a fair amount of local goods, but you’ll pay a slight premium for the location.

Fabulous little village grocery with many high end products. Great service. This is my go to spot for a quick grocery stop, coffee, or papers such as NYTimes, WSJ, IBD, was well as regional news.

Great little shop. Reminds me of when I lived on Beacon Hill years ago. They usually have what you want, what you need, and then some. Nice place.

Great local market, fresh baked pastries and decent coffee. Price is a tiny but high on groceries but every thing is very fresh and worth it.
