Daughter in-law went to get dozen and half of choco butter nut donuts. And was told she couldn’t have that many but they would sell same amount assorted donuts. One staff was rude the others were nice especially one individual when packing the donuts he put one of Chico butter donuts in each box. I feel you should be able to buy the donuts .

I generally Love coming to dunkin' donuts it was 9:18 on March 19th there was no one in line yet the two working the window and drive-thru seem to have an attitude unmatched by any they glared at me basically throwing the food to me and slamming the door without so much as a response to my thank-yous. Accept the game back up guys Customer service and personality is everything!

Went through the drive through at 7 am and they made us go back around cause we had ordered three wake up wraps and a hash brown on the app. And the second time we went through the line they then informed us they no longer had hash browns and no whip cream. The cashier was rude and acted disgruntled when we asked to be refunded for the hash browns and the latte be made minus the whip cream. Doesn’t make sense when they make money from customers ordering food and coffee for the employees to act irritated that we ordered food.

I ordered a large cappuccino through mobile order and the cup was only half full. And most recently I got a medium cold brew and the cup contained so much ice I couldn’t even push the straw into it. For almost $4 a beverage I expect better.

Would give it zero stars if I could! I ordered via mobile app when picking up my order I was told that their equipment wasn't working. I asked if the order would be refunded since they are not able to complete the order which they agreed to do however I've still not received a refund. I've contacted Dunkin and was offered 250 points instead of my money back but with their current point system who in the world wants that?! I asked for my money back but am still waiting for a reply/refund! Dunkin is now a hard pass!!!!

The coffee selection is vast, including mocha chinos and Iced Teas. You can also get your order customized for your drinks. The donut selection is limited, but they have all the favorites. The staff were nice and service was speedy

Sandwich and donuts were good. However, coffee was lukewarm and after repeated requests to reheat, the sales associate became anoided. Another associate stepped in and provided a fresh cup of hot coffee. This was not by any means of DD quality customer service that we have had all a long the I-95 corridor from FL to ME.

Worst d and d I've ever been. Mean, loud, and bossy staff.Sat down for 5 minutes before ordering to use the wifi when a staff member came to our table to tell us that if we don't order something they would have to ask us to leave because we were loitering.Disgusting customer service.

I was using the drive thru to grab my order. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and upbeat. The order was spot on and my wait time was average. Great job!

Not only excellent doughnuts but the sandwiches are made th o order too. Excellent dine and dessert in a convient locale for those who have a short lunch time. Fast and tasty fare.

Rude workers. A worker directly talked another customer about how long we took despite getting our order wrong and being completley unaware of their own menu. Have attitude and dirty looks.

Very good, I stopped going for awhile cause the coffee tasted like dish soap. But today was in a hurry to get to work so I stopped and coffee is back to the way it used to be.
