Excellent selection for a smaller grocery store! Prices are the same as bigger stores. I was so happy to find cheese curds here the other day (and everything else I needed for poutine!).

Today the cashier was pleasent and friendly. Small town feel and nice conversation. Great customer service today. Didn't feel like just another shopper in her line that's what I look for and how I base my reviews.

They are one of the last places in Maine that carry my Russian Standard vodka. For that alone I love them. Add that to the fact they're small, the people are friendly, the prices are good, and they haven't changed to a Hannaford's. I really adore this grocer.

For an independent grocery store this place is awesome! They have a great selection of all sorts of things. They even carry things that the chain stores do not carry. Even if you're not near them I think they're worth going out of the way to stop in and check out some of their unique items.

Staff are damn great!!! Produce is always fresh, and that meat department is on point👍 Best steaks around in my opinion. BTW, Janessa deserves a raise, she has an amazing work ethic and is constantly moving. Great management!

I had the worst experience at this location. I went into the store and bought a round $100,00 worth of groceries and a wonderful bottler of Johnnie Walker The lady bagging all or my groceries and my alcohol, crammed it into, two flimsy paper bags,. Soon as I picked up the bag, from her it started to rip (inside the store. When I picked up to put them in the hatch back, it ripped another 75% in the parking lot. WhenI got home, I opened the hatch and held that bag like a baby. 1 step later. The whole bottom ripped out. I lost my bottle of Johnnie Walker and 2-3 days of meals. I Immediately called the store to the store. The MGR said there is nothing they can do as it happened off site. I was like it did happen on site. The bag was wet because the girl put my two ice cream containers on the bottom and the bag sweat through. put 3 more boxes and my bottle in the bag on top of everything. . Then it ripped more in the parking lot. I mean what is $100 to Hannaford. I have all the pictures of before during and after! You just lost a $400-500 customer a week. All over your employees incompetency, and a MGR not willing to listen or help! I will be going to Standish Hannaford from now on. Me and my family will never step into this store again. Thank you guys for not helping and not willing not to replace anything.. Totally disgusting. I hope this message gets read by everyone in corporate. I spend at least 400 a week there, 400x52= 20, 800.00 a year over broken a broken bottle and a few meals. Byeeeeeee!

Great little grocery store for picking up the essentials. You can get freshly ground meat at the meat counter from any cut you want which is a nice perk. It is on the smaller side, so for some products there isn't a huge variety to choose from.

Its a smallish store, likely locally owned, with a deli section. I walked in and was delighted to smell something delicious baking in the back. They have a good variety of foods and snacks, and we had a fast checkout. Cheap, too. I reccomend it.

This is basically a fantastic miniature Hannaford location. As of November 2015 they are expanding the store for even more of a selection. They have a great selection of baked goods for being small. They also have more beer and wine than you'd suspect.

I've been a customer of Plummers Shop'n Save for over 20 years. It has all the products of a larger store with a homey, small town charm. It's a very pleasant place to shop.

Fine for quick stops. No good for large grocery trips. It's a small store, while it is a full grocery store, there are few different options for each type of food item, choices are lacking.

The store is expanding again to offer a larger selection of products. Plummers is now a Hannaford affiliate and their prices have become very competitive and almost always match the prices in the Hannaford stores.Plummers has kept two of their trademarks even after the changes - the truckload meat sale and the bulk packaged spices and seasonings. Both offer great values.Their new beer cave looks promising. There is plenty of space and they are stocking a variety of national and local brands.
