These are the rudest AND sarcastic employees AND have been for years. Wont shop there again. Hardware store you can buy some products on one side of the store but if you need something else it maybe on the others side of store. So u have to cash out first then go out side to get to the other side and go thru the process again. Simple fix PUT A JOINING INSIDE DOOR IN SO U CAN JUST WALK THRU.who Design this should feel like a idiot and should be fired. What a dumb operation

Me and my family were there today a few minutes before three picking out our Christmas tree . It was four minutes after three and one of the store employees wakes right past us and blatantly locked the doors as if she was in a hurry to close the store knowing we were looking for a tree. I’m not hurt so much for me , but the kids were so excited to get a tree and for us to have to tell them once we found the tree we were liking that we couldn’t by it cause the store closed , the disappointment on their faces hurt me. But we’re going somewhere else and they have lost a sale due to someone being ignorant. And it was a female and she walked right past us

Having the store split into 2 different suites is very hard to accept. You literally go in one and ask if they have the item that you are looking for, then you have a 50/50 chance that you will be redirected to the "other store".

I have stopped in several times and was extremely impressed with the customer service of all the employees. Very positive attitudes and interested in helping me get what I needed.Ace Hardware has good quality products and store is well stocked. Highly recommend this business.

This is a good store with almost anything you might need around the house, farm, or shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is easy to find, access, and exit. They even have free coffee at the door to the store.
