Ann and here team are always friendly and eager to assist.Always someone on hand to help you out and bring your large purchases out to your vehicle. The staff and manager are friendly and the store offers a veterans discount.We were in the other day and were struggling because we could not find the exact battery numbers/letters we were looking for. Ann, the manager, noticed our quandary and came over and offered to help. She looked it up on the WEB and matched us with the battery we needed.The folks that work there seem like they are genuinely trying to help you find what you need for your project or task at hand and offer alternatives if they do not have exactly what you were looking for.

Holy price gouging Batman!, I understand making a little money on the convenience factor of your local hardware store, but marking items up over 150% is a bit outrageous in my opinion! I'll visit my nearest big box store and when the locals shops go out of business, I'll point to this as a reason why.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store seemed to be well stocked with anything we needed from a hardware store. Every item on our list the store carried , which was not always the case in another neighborhood hardware store. So that has made a positive impression on me.

Great for all your small projects and emergency tools/hardware runs. They have a large variety of power tools available for rental. The staff is always very helpful and have provided me good suggestions and direction for my little DIY projects. The store cat is very friendly as well.

I went in on day 1 and asked about a lawn mower. The manager explained in great detail why this mower was my best option. I said thanks and said I'd think it over. No push, just "OK, thanks for coming in"🙂.I went home and price checked and found the price the same as other places only Aubuchon has a better warranty. After a weekend of contemplating I went back and bought it along with a grill. They also have a 10% veteran discount. This is my new hardware store in my new nieborhood at my new house.Nice welcome to the nieborhood.Thanks Aubuchon crew.
