This store is never open. No matter what time I go they have a hand written sign posted with different hours they are open, but when you go back the hours they say they are open, no one is there. I understand you are short staffed, but perhaps the owner can show up and do some work or pay their employees more money. I think you may need some competition. Either close for good or get your act together and open your doors when you say you will. I’m tired of making several trips there and you are always closed.

I like this store. Good deals from family dollar and some dollar tree 1$ items. It is more laid back and waaay better deal than grocery stores. The staff is great , the manager is nice and the whole interior has been redone recently. Handicap accessible and handicap parking. Always clean new interior, I like the new layout. LESS expensive and nicer staff than the local grocery store. Sells pokemon cards!

Family Dollar Store had no limits on how many people were allowed in at once. When I went in there their was already like six people in there (in line and idk how many more where in store.) They had no sanitizer for us to use. But, they did have sanitizer however, it was behind the cashier and she wouldn't even let me use a lil to sanitize my hands. I had to buy it but there was a line of 6 ppl and I hadn't even done my shopping. So, I walked away and did my shopping. Moral of my story; by your own sanitizer and keep it on you at all times for situations like this.

This store is a joke.. Hardly ever open. Closes early. Under staffed and always have empty shelves. They have great cooler's but empty.. Rude employees..

It was so frustrating, I purchased an item but when I got it home it wouldn't work. I brought it back to the store the next day but they said I couldn't return it with the plastic packaging. I went home grabbed it, brought it back to the store and they refused to refund it because it had been opened. I couldn't get store credit they said I could only trade and get another of the thing I was returning! Not impressed. I don't even understand and they were really rude and unhappy that I tried to return something in the first place. 😞

I bought a heating pad and the cashier asked me how I was doing and I said I'm good, he laughed and so did this old man behind me. I bought it for my scoliosis as heat helps. They were laughing and saying I wasn't selling anybody... excuse me.... when did it become appropriate for 2 old men especially an employee to make assumptions as to if a 16 year old is buying a heating pad bc of her period. They continued to say things but I stopped listening bc I dont want to hear 2 old men talking about me and something that is personal and private. I highly doubt I'm the first person this has happened to with that employee.
