Delicious food and incredible service. We stopped by Crosby’s Drive-In on our way to Bar Harbor, and the place did not disappoint!The menu was extensive — seafood, burgers, ice cream, and much more — and the prices were unbeatable. We got two double cheeseburgers and fries for $23. You just can’t beat that! They were fresh and delicious.Note that they don’t have indoor seating. This is a place where you drive up and order, but that’s part of the charm. We loved the outdoor seating, too — plenty of picnic tables in shaded and sunny areas. Also… the bathrooms were spotless.We will definitely stop by again during our next drive to Bar Harbor.

An absolute “must” if in the area. Would offer 10 stars if I could! The onion rings were out of this world delicious as were the burgers. And despite the fact that *we* made a mistake when placing our order, the staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. Kudos to Crosby’s for a delicious lunch today. Oh, and you know you’ve stumbled on The Perfect Place when the parking lot is filled with cars with Maine license plates ;)

Wonderful stop along the road! Plenty of different options for sitting to enjoy our delicious food. The haddock was amazing and the lobster roll was very large and yummy. It may be a bit hard to find but definitely worth itKid-friendliness: There is a playground on site

We stopped on our way from Bar Harbor to Rockland and I got my first lobster roll. I gotta say, it’s not for me, because I couldn’t get over seeing the meat in the shape of the claws, lol. But it didn’t taste bad. The fries were delicious! My husband tried the fried clams and he liked them. The kids got chicken tenders, and hot dogs and a pb&j. The hot dogs were pinkish-red and freaked them out a bit, but they ate them. The kids meals come with a drink and ice cream. People working were very nice and the food took maybe 10 minutes to prepare. Not bad. It was expensive though, but seems everything in Maine is. They have lots of outdoor seating, lots of it covered for shade, ample parking, a playground for kids and restrooms.

I hadn’t planned where to eat when I went for a drive so I was delighted to come across such a cool looking roadside spot. A quick internet search from within my car in the parking lot made it seem like I’d found the perfect place for a late lunch. The food was delicious and well priced for the quality and quantity of food. The restroom was sparkling clean, which was a surprise since it’s accessed from outside. I’ll definitely visit Crosby’s again!

This is just an awesome little Drive-in restaurant! It’s very well organized with an order window and a pick up window. They have a nice outdoor eating area with picnic tables. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of menu items. I dined at the picnic tables. I had the lobster roll with onion rings and a serving of slaw nicely priced at $29. Highly recommended.

Well we pulled out of Carrie's to give Crosby's a chance on making lobster rolls bad call The toasted bun was good but they forgot the lobster meat for 27.00 I would hope to get at least 1/4 cup of meat, the fried clams where perfect, just wish the lobster roll was as good I took my dad here for father day,and I feel bad, went back to Carrie's lobster shack and got him a real lobster roll then he was happy

I knew before I even swallowed my first bite, this was the best Bacon Cheeseburger I've had in ages! The Midnight Ride ice cream really hit the spot for dessert, too. The team working was great--super friendly, personable, knowledgeable about their menu, and patient with indecision. The menu is easy to follow, has something for everyone, and has some fun house specialties! Lovely outdoor seating, a cute play area, and super clean bathrooms round out the things that made us smile. Totally worth a stop!

The wait wasn't too long. I had the garden salad which was really small chopped up green pepper, mild onion, olives, cucumber, shredded lettuce-and there was no struggle getting it into my mouth!! Mr Right had a hot dog with fries. This is a quick stop. We ate at picnic table covered with a wood structure.

Good food, decent sizes, decent prices. They were confused by what items they had in stock though. Was told there was no scallops and my family got everything paid for and then someone in the back said, no we're not? So I had to pay separately. But that's no big deal. Got the food and enjoyed.

Been going for almost 25 years, back when they had the separate building for ice cream. The portion of fries you get with your meals are enormous, and the food is always delicious! I go at least once a week, and one of the young men in front knows my order before I even place it. Would give 6 stars if possible, but I'm not Dave Meltzer! (Wrestling joke)

Great family friendly take out. Nice menu with a "sale" selection everyday. Great children's menu comes complete with a free small cone for after they finish their meal or they can play on the small playground first. Covered picnic tables available for dining.

Only fully vaccinated can order without a mask????? Outdoor?? Really??? Does this mean I had to be stupid enough to get my 4th booster ? We enjoy the food here but this sign ticked me off. Carriers next door has no such sign.

Crosby’s is an institution in Bucksport. If you don’t eat here at least 6 times throughout the course of a summer I’m pretty sure you get exiled. Always great food and service. Mike has kinda ‘classed up’ the place a bit since taking over, and continues to do improvements, but as a whole it’s still the same great drive in that it’s always been. Try the hand cut fries, you won’t be disappointed. They’re special order and they’re awesome.
