I came here for a Covid booster and flu shot. Everyone who helped me was very pleasant and professional, and while I was waiting I happened to overhear a number of interactions of staff and customers that were the same. There’s lots of reasons for frustration at a pharmacy and the people working there handled things very kindly and calmly.

I have not always had positive experiences with this pharmacy, often being told misleading information or different things from different pharmacy employees. But overall the staff here are very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially Jenn who always goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service.

I decided to amend my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because I was assisted by a rather pleasant African American pharmacist whom I don't recall her name off the top of my head except that her name started with "L." She was able to resolve my issue and was totally cute.

Every time I stop in here to pick up my insulin the women behind the counter treat me as though I'm a heroin user. More than twice I've left without my medication to drive to Falmouth where I'm treated like a human being. Disgusting. An extra hour of driving just to avoid this recurring interaction with the staff here.. Some people are dirty because they actually work for a living.

Ridiculous that their list of hours doesn't post that they close in the middle of the day. Even if you call and listen to the hours, it doesn't give that info until after you've heard that they're open for the full day -- why would you even still be on the line? I have better things to do than drive out to pick up a prescription when they're closed -- what a waste of my time!

I have had to call a couple times with questions about prescriptions. Everyone there is so patient and helpful. Also the same when I have asked questions when there in person. I so appreciate all their help. It is so nice to have that service when trying to keep everything straight. Thank You So Much!!!!

This is usually a very busy pharmacy and the pharmacy staff has always been friendly and very efficient with keeping up with the high volume of customers. It's a shame to read bad reviews.

The automated phone system is not helpful at all. In person is much better.
