Upon arriving there ordering inside a Honeyman tea while two other vehicles were ordering through drive-through. After I had already gone into the store and ordered then four workers working on the drive-through only and no one serving the one customer inside of the store. The worst service I’ve ever had I will not spend another dime at Starbucks in the Brunswick location not only did they not even apologize for the horrible customer service but they tried to shame me by telling me that it was TNT takes a while. It’s a little hot water. Two teabags poured into a cup. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to make , I will never spend a dime in that store again they should be ashamed of themselves

Very disappointed with my experience here today. We ordered a shaken espresso with no milk but sweet cream on the side. The order was passed out with milk in it and was kindly asked to remake with nothing in it as it was far too light and was supposed to be just espresso. The barista that made the drink rolled her eyes, gave out a large sigh and grabbed the drink to remake. She then passed the drink out by just plopping it on the counter with no eye contact, clearly upset with us. That's not good customer service and how dare this employee get mad at us when it was her fault in the first place for making the drink wrong. We are very understanding as we both have worked food service before, so there was rush to remake the drink, I am not sure where the attitude came from but it was like she was a whole different person once she had to remake the drink. Not professional at all, I wish we had gotten her name. Too bad this is the only Starbucks in the area.We just got home only to realize my ice water does not have ice added to it. To make matters so much worse, the lid to the sweet cream was given to us dirty! I took a picture. This is absolutely unacceptable. We both just took our tips off of our apps. We will not be tipping employees if this is the service we get. We won't be coming back.

We ordered 3 iced pumpkin cream chai lattes and a bacon gouda. The barista rung in 3 pumpkin spice lattes and was rude about it after we corrected her mistake she said that we ordered it wrong. She forced us to take the wrong drinks and re order our order instead of getting a refund. We left with six drinks instead of 3, 3 of which we did not want nor order. We are very unsatisfied and unhappy with our starbucks experience. We will not return.

They'll make your drink wrong, and when you ask for it to be fixed, they'll tell you that you don't know what you're talking about (even though this is your regular order and it's always been right until now) and refuse to fix it.I'm a strong proponent that the customer ISN'T always right, but when I'm used to getting the same thing every time, I think I'd know when it's wrong/different.I spent $5 on a coffee I now don't want.

They get it right every time! This location may be busy often but no different than any other Starbucks. Their spirits stay high and inviting, despite the angry IMPATIENT customers. I can always count on this location to make my coffee perfect, I won’t be switching locations cause it’s worth it

Always great service and good drinks. Might be a little slower than others, but that's only because they take the time to make the drinks correctly. I'd take a better drink over speed any day of the week. Best Starbucks in Maine.

Hands down this was one of the best pumpkin cream cold brews I have had. The barista truly made this with love and our order was taken by literally the kindest person. Would recommend 10/10.

I do like this store and their employees. Yesterday i order in store a grande hot green tea. When I went back on my way to work I grabbed my tea, it was extremely hot that the lid had opened and tea spilled all over my hand and inner thighs, now i have some serious scalds and it is painful. Just be careful tea lovers! The tea water is ridiculously hot.

Really friendly staff. They never made me feel rushed when I have questions about the drinks or ingredients. They answered all my questions when it comes to vegan options. They turned me onto regular mocha with coconut milk, hold the whipped cream. Yummy!

Despite suffering from a problematic and highly unusual location — more on that, later — this Starbucks was very busy (at noon Sunday !), especially the drive-thru. Maybe that's why it's arguably the best staffed Starbucks I've seen in Maine...4 or 5 employees hard at work behind the counter. The staff was friendly, attentive, and particularly careful when putting aside items for in-store customers vs phone app orders. As two of us were reaching for the same 16 oz cup, they quickly called out my name without even a glance at the printed label!Location: they share an oddly shaped bldg. with Subway and a tobacco shop. Also, the drive-thru is partly blocked by one of two driveways onto the property. And if you're visiting the (surrounding) Cooks Corner mall, good luck even finding Starbucks b/c their signage is visible only from Gurnet Road. Worse, thanks to poor flow-design the mall parking lot offers no obvious/easy way to reach the Starbucks! You have to leave the mall's lot and find your way onto hectic Gurnet Rd...in my case, risking a quick u-turn against 5 lanes of traffic. 😆.

The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional. They learn and remember your name and your regular drinks! They're friendly and quick. They make this location set apart and above all the others I've use.
