Food was decent. Service was great. No free refills on fountain drinks FYI. And by the way, fountain drinks are almost $4.00 each. 😳😳😳 They had pumpkin whoopee pies also. They looked amazing, but tasted blah honestly. I would go back and try something different next time (I had a calzone this go around.)

This Sam's location is awful.Ordered a breakfast pizza and other items over the phone. Went to pick up 25 minutes later only to find they were out of eggs so no breakfast pizza was available.We have watched this location steadily go down hill.Please close this location. Will never order from this location again. 👎

Ordered through uber eats, went to the store to pick up, just a few minutes after closing, and I could see my food on the counter ready to go. No one would open the door to give me my food, they immediately charged me and took my money and now i have to wait for a refund. All because the two ladies in there wouldn’t open the door and give me my food that was already made!

This Sam's makes great food. There is are two rooms on the side that make up a large seating area. The only issues I have ever had are with customer service and very loud employees.

There have been issues recently with staffing and consistency of quality, but things seem to be better as of late. Their prices have gone up, and many times they charge more than the menu board pricing.Update: Completely inconsistent hours!! I just tried to order the pizza special....order 2 two topping pizzas and get them for $5.99) They refused to give me a pizza with JUST cheese....even though it costs them less?!

Workers looked like they were going to kill themselves when a few of us walked in an hour before close and were clearly frustrated and not happy and very vocal about losing their mind if anyone else walked in, as a customer service worker I 1500% understand I tipped large but also feel bad I’d also kill myself making cheesesteaks all day

We where there visiting from Mass with the kids, got subs my Chicken Parmesan was cold soggy and barley any chicken - Husbsnd got steak n cheese no cheese on it and hardly any steak in the sub -looked gross- so disappointed-the staff was not pleasant he/she said they were backed up didn’t look busy at all -think before you go here -they need to step it up with the food before they serve it 👎🏻 I wish I brought it back

I had not visited Sam's in a few years until deciding to stop in today. Huge mistake. I get inflation driving prices up, but 32$ for two sandwiches? Hardly a soul in the restaurant, and it still took 30 minutes to prepare. When the manager handed me the food, she said, "I promise we won't spread nasty rumors about you". Okay? No idea where that came from, but I will not be returning to find out.

We chose Sam's as we had read several reviews about how good their food is. I almost called them the next day to let them know that although the food was tasty it seemed that theyoung woman making the sandwiches was not experienced in either taking orders or making subs.I asked for both ham and salami in my sub.We were taking the food with us and as we were driving off noticed that one of the orders wasn't there.We called to tell them.The young woman told us to come back and because of her mistake the sandwich would be free.Which was very nice of her.When we got home I was surprised to find only one thin piece of salami in my sub.We all commented on how good the bread was, the veggies being really fresh, etc but for the lack of content and cost we would have been better off to stop at a place like Subway.

Your staff is publicly complaining out loud…before we even ordered. I ordered an item off the menu, staff corrected me, then I immediately went over to the menu and pointed EXACTLY to what I wanted-only to be told that the menu is irrelevant and outdated. I ordered whatever WAS available. Soon after, 3 other customers walked in…along with 4 other customers (who ordered ahead for pick up) and staff started to LOUDLY complain about the amount of people ordering food. Fix your staff, fix your menu, do right by the customers keeping your establishment in business. Most definitely the last time I visit the Brunswick, ME location….following all the bad reviews, I’ll just copy and paste this to the same email address. It appears that’s the only response given anyway.

A couple years back we had a bad experience with a couple employees being very disrespectful and unprofessional, so after that we would drive all the way to the Topsham location to avoid dealing with the employees from our local Sam's in Cooks Corner.Tonight we decided to give our local, Brunswick Sam's another chance because it is more convenient but we very much regret it. I will continue to drive past our Sam's and go elsewhere because the service there is still TERRIBLE.We called in a takeout order at 6:34 pm on 8/17/22 and she says "as long as you're here to pick it up by 7, because we close at elsewhere we stated was no problem. We ordered 1 sandwich, 1 wrap and a pint of spaghetti with no sauce. I say this with no exaggeration, they were the worst sandwiches we've ever received, from anywhere. The sandwich was missing ingredients that were asked for and on the receipt (ham) and the turkey was all ripped up and there was barely any on it. My veggie wrap with extra cheese had triple onion on it, which was not requested, and had very little of everything else and I most definitely did not get the extra cheese I paid for. I could go on...It seems to me the girl purposely made our food very poorly because of the time we ordered at. The way we were treated you would think we ordered like 5 minutes before close, when really it was almost a whole half an hour before plus a simple order, we live approximately 4 minutes up the road.If you can't handle customers coming in close to closing time and you are going to take it out on them and waste their hard earned money, maybe you should work a different shift...

The people in the Brunswick store are very nice and attentive. The food is decent and reasonably priced. However, due to staffing it was very, very slow. I ordered a child's chicken nugget dinner and two Italian sandwiches with a wait time of 20+ minutes. If you're in no hurry it's a good stop, In a hurry, call well ahead in advance or find a fast food place nearby.

The food was good, but we had a bit of a frustrating experience. I think the person taking our order was just new (been there!) so I can't complain too much.Wish they could have had a list of all the available vegetables/toppings listed somewhere, since they're not visible and we had to play a guessing game to get toppings on our sandwiches. I think that would have avoided the mixup.That doesn't take away from the quality of food, but it led to some of us getting nearly-empty sandwiches.

Place is completely trash it's just over priced subways got steak and cheese and a pasta dinner with meatballs both steak and cheese where ice cold like they came from the fridge and so was the pasta of course the sauce was warmer and the single meatball in the dinner with rock solid bread I'd rather go to the dollar tree and get those frozen pizzas

Ordered 2 pizzas. One came out of the oven, and 15 minutes later the second??. When I got home, the second pizza wasn’t even cooked through, the dough was still raw. The first pizza also was “doughy”, but more cooked. I’ve been there plenty of times, (and had a much better product experience), but after tonight, and all the competition in town..I won’t ever go back!

Not only did you guys forget how to make a decent pizza, your cashier apparently isn't required to tell the customer what they are getting back for change after paying. "Here you go" is not an acceptable response in this industry. I was looking forward to eating this pizza till I opened the box to see half the crust is burt and flat. I honestly have had better pizza in my high school cafeteria back in the day.

Fantastic food, its pretty good. However older female employee on 9/23/21 around 1:30pm shouldn't complain about her customers business when she can't handle that technology moves quick and she has to buy a new phone (even when a free one was provided). If you want repeat customers, don't do that. Just make and give me my sandwich and move on, its not that hard.

Not impressed with service last evening. We (6 people) ordered at 7:46 pm and spent over $80. The food was great but when the lazangna meat dinners were served there were no salads included. When we asked where the salads were, we were told that they didn't have any and gave us an extra piece of bread because there were no salads made up. We were never told about no salads or given alternatives when ordering. REALLY! How difficult is it to make 3 small side salads when they made a BLT for one of us which had lettuce and tomato already for that. We were the only ones in the place for at least a half hour and no one came in. We have been loyal customers of Sam's since it opened here but after the sevice last evening it will be a LONG time before we go back.

Have had okay luck with Sam's but the food is mediocre. Today I ordered a pizza for lunch and it was supposed to be 10 mins. Showed up 15 mins later and they forgot to cook it. Normally not a real huge deal but I was on the clock for lunch and couldn't wait for them to do their job properly. I'm not looking for a freebie but they couldn't have cared much less. Thanks for the poor service as well.Gave then another shot and poor performance again. Missed half of my 4 items on a sandwich. Gone down to a 1 star.
