I popped in for a snack last night. The store was quiet but clean and well lighted. It's improved considerably since it was a Rite Aid. The prices are generally high here so I look for sales. The attendant was super friendly and prompt, always appreciated.

I go in frequently and the guy that works there Trevor is always so helpful!! He helped me find the compression socks and made my whole day! I can’t thank Walgreens enough for having such a sweet actually helpful worker there who always makes me laugh!

* Location is okay, the area can be very busy.* Parking is decent.* Hours, and selection are consistent with the chain.* Went to the pharmacy, the computer system is difficult at best, the customer service is really sweet, helpful, and kind.

FedEx drop, done it before. Lady said it was “too big for my box”. The “box” is a cabinet, empty at the time. It would have fit. She was quick to tell me to go to not the Walgreens in Bath but some private company. Nah. Made me wonder if it’s a setup.

I will use this store only as a last resort. I was on hold for 40" when I got a recording that they were taking a meal break for 20". Earlier I had called the pharmacist about an issue with my RX and I was told I could pick it up on Friday. I went in Friday afternoon and it was not ready. I returned to the store near closing and they only had part of the Rx ready saying I would have to return again. The website said there was a drive through and there isn't. I had a recent procedure on my foot and knee and cannot stand for long. I used this store as I believed the website that it had a drive through. Remarkably bad service.

Utterly incompetent. Had to return seven times for a prescription. Even after it was sorted out—told me I had to come back three hours later to pick it up. The pharmacist delights in creating problems and feigning ignorance rather than finding solutions.

Generally I like the store and the people are polite. However, today I bought one beer around 2 pm went to a friends home and stopped to buy a second beer around 430. I walk for one, but I was refused service by a short bespectacled man and though I was neither slurring my words nor staggering I was refused a second beer. That to me seems a poor way to treat a loyal customer. I may add had I bought them both at the same time Im sure it would have been allowed. Sorry to lose a customer? Probably not

The pharmacy arbitrarily closes on Sundays, without giving customers any sort of heads up whatsoever. Anyone needing to pick up a new prescription will not be able to get their medication until the following day. It is BASIC good business practice to have consistent pharmacy operation hours among Walgreens locations. The pharmacy in the Brunswick location makes no attempt to forewarn customers that they are closed on Sundays. This is poor customer service and more importantly, shows that they do not care about customers' health and wellbeing.I have been there dozens of times, and literally every single transaction has been unpleasant...pharmacy staff are unfriendly and seem to be irritated when a customer walks up to the counter. It's only at this location though. I'd rather drive out of my way and get my scripts called into other Walgreens branches in the future.

Worst Customer Service ever! Condescending staff who totally ignored me when I went to pick up medication for my young son! Probably because of my color. I could literally feel their glare and looks of, “ you’re in the wrong place!” I could have easily passed out waiting for only two tubes of medicine to be dispensed . Everyone else came, picked up their medicine and left while I was left standing there looking kind of lost. If there was a ZERO star, this is the one to rate. I miss it when it was RiteAid instead. The staff then were great. That’s it, no more Brunswick Walgreens for me or any member of my family.

This pharmacy is awful! Be sure to check your prescription before you leave because they will switch your medication to generic without prior notification and will not take the medication back. I paid 168.39 for a generic medication. I haven't taken any of it and when I asked to bring the medication back, I was told I would need a new prescription and they would not take the medication back.I chose a new pharmacy today and will not use another Walgreens.The least they could do, is tell you they are changing your meds. No communication whatsoever.

The worst pharmacy ever. Minimum line wait is 20 minutes and when you finally get to the counter they tell you that your prescription isn't ready even though you received a text message the day before that your prescription is ready for pickup and you only have 5 days to pick it up.

Twice I was told 30 minutes for a prescription. On the second one, I told them I’ll be back in two hours.Came back. You guessed it.I was one of 10 people standing there who had the same experience.Labor shortage aside, I try to be nice to the people who show up to work. But c’mon.Go elsewhere.

Return to old school drugstore feel with modern conveniences. The staff was amazing. The store layout similar to average Walgreeens.

I have tried this pharmacy twice - both times the male pharmacistwas extremely rude. I think its time for him to find a position where he doesn't deal with the public.In my household we HAD 18 prescriptions we pick up each month from Walgreens, as of today they were all transferred to the grocery store next door. Get rid of this guy!
