Wont bother ordering food from here again they won't answer the phones at all to place an order or explain that they messed up . Goes straight to voice-mail. They're more lazy than I've ever seen not even wanting fb to answer the phone . And when they mess an order up in person you can't even call bsck to complain or explain. Noe my sandwich looks like this and I feel like I spent 18 dollars for a giant sub jist for it to look like this and be 75% bread

Not sure what is going on at the Brunswick location but I just got another disappointing sandwich. This isn't the first time and that is what is most discouraging. Check out the pictures and you can see that they failed to cut out the core of the tomato and served it that way. This was supposed to be club sandwich so I don't know what is going on but they need to up the quality as they are not meeting Jersey Mike's standard at this location.So... after my initial 1-star review a few weeks ago they offered to provide me with 2 free replacement sandwiches, but I didn't want to go up to the counter and let them know that I was the guy who complained, so I did not take them up on the offer and told them "thanks, but no thanks". I did return to the Brunswick store figuring it was an isolated event, but it seems that there is a larger problem that needs to be addressed. I will wait a few weeks and try again, but it's a "3 strikes and you are out" kind of issue, so we shall see what happens.

I would leave a 1 star review but the staff are very nice and courteous genuine people..I have noticed in the past year or so that the sub builders are not properly trained or efficient and that is not a knock on them I believe it is a reflection of the company.In the past year I have maybe ordered 8-10 times and each has been low quality and longer wait times then what it should be for the volume of their lunch and dinner pushes.I will explain just today's experience.I ordered online approx 12:20pm, pickup time 12:40 and waited an additional 23 minutes for my order, there was 5 or 6 walk in customers and another 5 or six dining in and what looked to be 3 online orders. The nice lady working the grille was only capable of working one or two covers at a time, which backed orders up unecessarily.When I opened one of my large full subs from the order the roll was not toasted, and it was soggy, the sub was not cut in half which is standard practice, the guts were not evenly distributed throughout the sub and the cheese was not properly melted. Again I don't blame the cook. I can tell she was doing the best she could she even apologized for the wait.But the end result is something that should never go out the door especially for $16 sub. It's not acceptable and like I said it is an ongoing issue. That is why I felt the need to comment. These good people just need better training. I worked the culinary circuit for 20 years until I got sick of the struggle. A good cook is invaluable but treated as just a number. I'm routing things can turn around.

Place is going down fast. Supervisor is poor and the is kitchen a wreck (messy). Trash overflowing. Doesn't matter how average the help it's the supervision that can break it.

I placed an online order on Sunday, Nov 12th. I got right at my scheduled pick only to see my slip still on the counter. It was extremely busy, so I took a seat and waited. The staff was very professional even under the stress they were under. After 30 minutes, I decided to just get a refund. They were very apologetic after realizing I had been waiting so long, so they immediately put a rush on my sandwich. This mishap will not keep me away from Jersey Mikes. The food and staff are amazing.Parking: Asphalt flat parking lot. Ample parking.

I was excited to try Jersey Mikes in Brunswick as I heard nothing but great reviews. Finally made it in on 2/15/22 and ordered a chicken cheesesteak to go. The girl that cashed me out didn’t seem enthused to be there, I paid for my sandwich, she said thank you but never handed me my order. There was a sandwich on the counter so I asked if that was mine and she said yes. I grabbed the sandwich and headed home excited to take my first bite. When I opened the wrapper this is what I got. I have no idea what sandwich it is; not much on this sandwich I would even eat. Not even close to the chicken sandwich I was so anticipating. So in the trash it went and had a bowl of Cheerios instead. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. $10 down the tubes.

I've tried to give this specific location a chance. We've come many times, ordered takeout WAY in advance, and still we wait a very long time to get our order when we arrive. Tonight I arrived to pick up our order 15 minutes after I had scheduled and we still waited over 15 minutes for our food. It is ridiculous, and this happens every time we order here. Not busy at all, yet there's no rush to get orders done! Don't bother stopping here if you are on a time schedule. They literally do not know what they're doing at this location.

Great subs, great staff. Very accommodating........On April 26 at 3:45.We stopped in for subs. Our 89 yo mom loves them and we don't not have one in Rockland.The staff is fantastic and the lady slicing and making these subs was an artist.These 3 subs were the best we've had yet. She layered, seasoned and made them perfectly, all with a smile.Thank you so much and wish I could remember her name.
