Overall, nothing can be said about this place that’s out of the ordinary aside from that generally speaking, this location is very clean. I don’t usually have trouble finding things but if you go later in the evening it’s hard to find certain produce or meats.

I prefer Hannaford for veggies, fruits and meats, if im at a grocery store. If you shop the deals, its as cheap as Walmart on the packaged isle stuff.

We love this store, it is an important part of my business (Bohemian Coffee House and Deli) we’ve found the hidden gem of this store is the team in the “Hannaford ToGo” department! They are worth their weight in GOLD!! Not only do we actually save money as a business using this service, my employee only spends 5 minutes picking up groceries that would normally take him over an hour to shop traditionally for but the quality of the picks are superb!! Keep up the great work!!!!! They definitely deserve any bonuses and promotions they can be given!!

Always get my meats and seafood from Hannaford..quality is always exceptional! Also frequently purchase sushi from their "sushi bar"..they offer a wide variety, with good presentation, that rivals many restaurants!! A tasty and healthy lunch option..

Incredibly greedy, two cold chicken tenders for $10? Absurd. I just bought some blackberries from there and they were infested with bugs! Any time you find a good deal there just know they're searching for good deals so that they can double the price.

I really your store and won't go to any other. Lately I have noticed that in the deli all the meats are shredded on one end. I believe you may need a new slicer. The people I shop for have been complaining. Please look into it. It's not those working in the deli . It's management responsibility. Thank you.

Great staff, good selection. Nice produce and great gluten free selection. Produce wasn't marked accurately, so we had to stop and double check a few items. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars.

A Service lead named Matt (I think) was so kind this morning after I left my wallet in the car and had to run out to my car to get it. It was such a small thing bagging up my food and having it ready for when I came back in but it really changed my day. Thank you!

Store design and set up is great as it is in most of their stores. Fresh and cut fruit selections are pretty good and last longer than some other places. Only downside is it is expensive. Always spend two to three times more at Hannaford than I do on the same items in other stores.

This store is the personification of a friendly, high quality neighborhood grocery store. They have an amazing selection of products both local and from around the world - if you can't find it here, you might not need it! The produce is always fresh and well presented, and the staff are friendly. The new self-checkout arrangement is super!

I like the layout as aisle signs are easy to see. I could easily find anything I needed. The self checkout was easy to use. There were not any snacks around the shelf checkout area which was my only disappointment. Nice store. Friendly people.

I had issues with their one door policy at the height of Covid. Forcing everyone to use a single narrow door is not my idea of safety when dealing with a Virus. There was also issues with a couple of rude employees I filed complaints against and they did nothing. One woman greeter took her mask down and made faces at me and everything. A lazy cashier at service desk sent me to a register when I picked up an item at his register that made my total items 8.Pharmacy is in the middle of the store and is awkward to use when they’re busy.So there’s room for improvement. I would be writing a five star review otherwise.

We mostly shop here for produce. There's usually a good variety and it's usually fresh. They try to feature local growers and have some organic. Customers are not universally clear on the basics of mask-wearing, but what can you expect these days...

What is it with this Hannaford off Maine St in Brunswick? The employees who work the meat department are rude! I can stand at their counter for a good 10 minutes before someone decides I’m good enough to help. Is it because I’m brown? My gut says “no.” Is it because I’m a woman? My gut says “no.” Is it because they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep, it’s the last one. They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I am finally acknowledged their attitude pretty much says something like, “How dare you interrupt me, what the “F” do you want?!!!” Ugh, this store is awful. I’m tempted to ask for 50 different things and just leave it all at the counter! LOL!!! Of course I would never do that! I don’t get that kind of greeting at Shaws. I’m hoping Market Basket has great customer service and great product with better prices. (These days that’s probably asking too much.) I know everything is expensive right now but sheesh, how hard is it to say, “Hi, what can I get you today?” Simple. Boom-Shaka-Lack-a! Then I can say, “Thank you, have a good day.”Update: I try not to go to this meat department but was delightfully surprised when an employee came right over and asked what they can do for me! I almost fell over!!!! The transaction was simple, courteous and quick. Next time I’m in I’ll be sure to get the name so I can Thank him for caring. Nice job!!

I I haven't been to Hannaford in years...I happen to be in the area where I needed to stop to get bread to feed the ducks at the swinging bridge.I will have to say..their display, variety, freshness, and options are amazing. Checkout was also quick regardless of the crowed. At this visit I did sign up for Hannaford rewards prior to checking out, great deals and coupons.

We normally don't shop here, we live on the other side of Brunswick and don't often venture over this way. We love the great prices and deals. The manager made it a point to come over and welcome my son and offer him a balloon which made his night!

First visit was not impressive. The produce department was so darn cold I could have used a sweater. The seafood case was underwhelming to say the least. The advertised sale price of chicken thighs was not reflected on our receipt. Many empty spots on the shelves though this may partly be explained by the fact this is just after the holiday weekend and things have also been nuts due to the pandemic. Wanted to check out this new store but, yawn. Will probably go back to the Whitten Ave location in Augusta (about 15 miles north of our home) and mayby try the Cooks Corner location after they get a few months under their belts in hopes they will work the kinks out.

The first week open was pretty good with the manager excitedly checking off marks on a clipboard. The second week has an early closed deli, tons of items out of stock and Hannaford not honoring coupons... I'm going to go back to Shaws.

Been going here for years. Love their produce and meat. I buy a lot of Hannaford products and use their 2 percent off on their products. Their pharmacy staff is fantastic. I can't say enough about the.

Most of the staff are incredibly rude, especially some of the cashiers. Shelves will have bare spots for weeks or they'll randomly stop carrying a popular product and I usually get attitude when inquiring as to why. I stop here because it's a convenient location for me but I have a negative experience every time.

I'm not sure which location this is for but where I live there are 3 within 5 miles of my home. It's not uncommon for me to go Hannaford hopping. If one store doesn't have what I want or need, I'll go another store.

I absolutely love going to this Hannaford. The staff are always polite and very helpful, their selection of food items is 2nd to none and they have very reasonable prices.Costumer restrooms, handicap accessible parking, free cookie for the kids at the bakery counter, and very helpful staff.Automatically check out with self checkout, and make the trip faster!
