I used to work for a buying office in Paris, France. Big lots was one of our clients. We sourced foods from Europe for them. So I definitely trust the food quality here. The pricing is great. (they keep pricing low because they buy in huge quantities and in cash, they have an amazing credit rating, suppliers love selling to them). The staff at this location are friendly and the store is clean. Definitely check it out, especially if you are interested in cooking.

Nice selection of stuff. Outdoor furniture is surprisingly inexpensive and a nice selection as well. Love going here in the spring and summer for my flower pots, great prices on decent sized pots. I enjoy how the inventory is always changing and almost never the same. Great rewards program as well. The employees are always nice and helpful everytime I visit! During the holidays they have an awesome selection of festive decorations and goodies as well. They carry LED lights in different shapes and designs as well which I find hard to find in other stores. The location is kinda bunk with the plaza having so many storefronts empty but atleast its there right haha The parking lot has a few staving potholes so be careful of that!!

Live big lots. Melony (Mel) is the BEST at costumer service. She truly deserves a raise. All staff was very accommodating. But she took extra strides to make things great. The BEST!

When did big lots prices get in the luxury range. Sub par quality at luxury prices now. I know every thing is expensive but when your prices are the same as other places and you have worse quality items u get a 1 star

I am truly amazed with the wonderful staff you have in Brunswick. They are very friendly and helpful and went the extra step of getting a missing part in a new box, to replace the missing part in the box I bought earlier. All done without complaint, or question. So much appreciated, especially in the current atmosphere of anxiety about illness!!

I decided to take a last minute drive to Big Lots. Two weeks ago I made furniture purchases but didn't bring them with me. Time was cutting close to closing and the two ladies in the furniture department were so great in working with me to load my car. Their attitude and helpfulness was great.

I shop there for some items however cashier one day argued with me about a price because the tag was taken off on the item that I picked up I told the cashier that the price was two for 11 and I had bought 1. He tried to tell me that they were $11 a piece I was like no it’s not I’ll go back and get another one he said no don’t do that. Still want to charge me $22 for an item that was two for 11. I said my friend has the same item behind me I got so disgusted I said never mind I don’t want it. When I calledLater in the week the manager said oh I’m sorry that happened please come back and shop with us again. Didn’t offer a percentage off next time shopping or any other kind of a deal. I found another place to go that offers the items that I’m looking for.

I am seriously unimpressed with the lack of communication regarding pick up of a very large purchase. We are now here for the 3rd time to pick up our living room set and again have been given wrong information. The initial manager I dealt with Saturday February 22 evening time never even apologized for us driving 45mins to pick up our sectional until I expressed I wanted to speak to a manager because of the way she spoke to us. I am appalled that a manager would tell customers that we could pick up at 9am when your store apparently doesn’t open until 10! I am at a loss for words and would like to know how that lady is a manager when she has no caring towards customers or knows when your hours of operations are. Absolutely unacceptable I spend $1500 to now waste my time trying to get my items. Seriously poor customer service. Thinking you can refund me my money and I will take my business elsewhere. Now I switched my hours at work to make this happen for nothing. Hope you can figure out how to make this right.

IN STORE I had a great experience and the employees were wonderful, but never in my life have I dealt with such a level of terrible customer service over the phone. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Big Lots customer service regarding an issue online that their website caused, I went through 4 different reps, and resolved nothing.

The employees at this store are always friendly. Helpful if you need help, and good with a smile and a short chat when you check out. This is true every time I got there, a variety of employees. They are great.

Big lots is an underrated place. It's like a small Walmart with even better prices on a number of items. I typically only wander in when I'm trying to kill time and every time I do I wonder why I don't stop in more often.One star removed because their checkout is unmanned from time to time

Store was extremely messey and not well stocked at all for such a big store, looked like they ran a 75% off sale for a week and are now going out of business. I definitely will not be returning any time soon, even if I'm desperate!

They have a surprising selection of food, puffed peas, organic honey, international food all at good prices.The first time I went there, someone was high and I think the employees were trying to get him out of the store.

Clean with easy to see prices and friendly staff. Products keep changing as they are end lots for manufacturers. Food products are not beyond use dates. Fun to find food products from other countries and the far west.

Furniture, food, electronics, toys. This place has it all. The service isn't bad either. It's not the cleanest store, but I wouldn't call it dirty. The products are what you would expect to find at any department store. Check it out, you might find just what you're looking for.

The curbside pickup delivery person was irritated that I ordered totes that were not in stock. I asked her how would I know this since the website shows them in stock
