I have had the privilege of taking my felines to this office for over three years! The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and caring! My veterinarian is Dr. Miranda Smith. She is, by far, the best vet I have ever known! She not only gives the best patient care, but truly cares about each of her patients! She is the only vet who I have ever received a call back in the evening to report lab values and discuss next steps to provide my fur-kids the very best care! I wish that all human doctors gave this level of care! I feel blessed to know this practice and receive the highest quality veterinary care! Thank you, everyone, at Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Care!

Recently , I took my cat, Sheere Khan to Dr Kevin Chretian. It was an emergency situation, which needed several visits. I found this doctor to be very caring and he gave my cat excellent care. Sheere Khan is doing well. I am sure that his life was saved due to Dr Chretian's intervention. I am thankful to him for his help.

I love the staff I have been coming for a long time! Dr Smith and Dr McGinnis are wonderful to my furbabies Bandit Trouble! My Oscar and Princess who have since crossed rainbow bridge they were very good helping me through thier transition. All the staff are wonderful!

We are new to this veterinary clinic but have had about 4 appointments now. The front office, veterinarian technicians and Dr. Houlihan have been wonderful. The staff is incredibly nice and always greets me with a smile. They are all so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. When I have an appointment for our dog, they have always been on time. I never have to wait. We are so happy we found Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates.

Welcoming, warm and professional. My kitty has been a patient for about 15 years and he loves everybody there. Most of the technicians know my kitty by name and they give him lots of love while he’s there. The veterinary team are top notch.My only complaint is that they had to close their boarding services and we miss it terribly! We never worried about Sammy when he was in their care.Thank you Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates!

Was worried bringing my dog anywhere cause if his breed, but the staff immediately showed him love and kindness. They were all very accommodating and insightful. They also didn't push anything on us and respected me when I said no, even offering alternatives. They have a caring staff and are a wonderful place to bring an animal.

It's so very difficult for us to pick a favorite Veterinary Associate as every member of this staff is truly exceptional. Through good as well as difficult times we know we will receive the best and most heartfelt/thoughtful care by all. Ultimately, we do have to admit Kathy's greeting (whether on the phone or in person) always reassures us that whether it's a routine visit or emergency she will be there for support and understands that Jaxson and Mongo are special members of our family. So, thanks to all of you at the Clinic, and most especially to you, Kathy. The Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates team is certainly a special pot of gold!

I was completely surprised and shock when I went in this month for the monthly nail clipping to find the cost of the service jumped, without any warning nor notice, from $ 23 to $ 44.50. A very unpleasant surprise. It takes the techinician literally less than 5 minutes to have my dog's nails clipped. Other than this I have been satisfied with the technicians and vet care.....the hike in nail clipping cost is unfathomable to me, not a matter of affordability.

Your vets are wonderful, staff and all, my biggest disappointment was when you “suddenly “ closed the kennel last year and as a long time customer, I had to scramble to secure kennel arrangements for my animals. It was not easy. Please consider reopening kennel.

I love the whole staff and drs they have seen me though all the good and the bad with my fur babies and showed me how careing they are its been over 15 years I been taken my animals there from kittys to puppys to adult dogs and my birds they make you feel safe and good there hearts a very big great vet service boarding and grooming would never take my fur babies any where else unless ther recommended there had to see a specialist.thank you to the staff and the Dr,s at BBV FOREVER IN MY HEART.

I took my lab in because of a limp in her left back leg. The staff were friendly and professional, and I didn't have to wait long to see the Veterinarian, Dr. Kevin Chritien.Prior to this "Penny" had surgery for early cancer detected from a lump in one of her teats. Both times she had been given the utmost care and attention to detail. As an owner, I was given several suggestions for treatment options from conservative "watch-and-wait", to more extensive diagnostic tests, and was well-informed on what was most likely the best course of action to take. Penny recovered beautifully from her surgery, without complications, several months ago, and still acts like a pup at age 9, which is why she ended up with a muscle strain recently. The facility is clean and inviting, and there is a place for pet relief outside with bags available and a receptacle for quick clean up. I highly recommend care here.

I transferred to Bath-Brunswick vets after my previous vet office was so rude as to send a text message to cancel an appointment I had made 3 months earlier. I was appalled at the lack of consideration -- not even a phone call to explain why and offer me another appointment. I'm very glad I made the change! My new vet, Dr. Smith, is considerably more thorough than my previous vet. For example, she discovered that my dog had never been vaccinated against leptospirosis - not even at the vet I was using before I moved to this area. Instead of waiting until their office was open, Dr. Smith even called me on the weekend to discus my dog's test results! The techs I have met, (and I've met quite a few), have all been lovely, as have all the office staff. I couldn't be happier!

Do not under any circumstances trust a pet you care about to this vet. They are slow and non communicative. I don't think Dr Elithorpe gave us the time of day and it took 4 days of me calling in the morning and afternoon to hear back from him after his advice caused my pets condition to worsen and he told me he would contact neurology and get back to me, when what he SHOULD have said was that he was sending over the paperwork and I needed to call the neurologists. It also took those four days to get an answer about what he thought her activity level should be and he basically said "do what you think is best, it depends on what how active she is being whether or not you need to crate her"If I could give zero stars I would

Best Vet I ever dealt with. Dr Smith was wonderful at handling my large dog, even when other vets wouldn't get near him. She has a level of compassion that is unrivalled. The whole staff was there for me at one of the worst times of my life. When I get my next companion you can bet I'll bring it here.
