Excellent place to shop for everything you need for your garden or house. I know nothing about hoses, but the owner took the time to help me compare what he had to offer to find the right one for what I wanted. Much appreciated.

Good local place and people, prices are high and shop is difficult to access(my opinion. No lined parking spaces and many customers take up as much room as they can for some reason) Looks like they could use more people but can't afford them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Well stocked and if they don't have exactly what you need, just ask a salesperson if they can can get it. Salesperson googled my item of interest, found available sizes, colors and ordered item for me. When item arrived I was contacted by phone and went to purchase what I needed. Always will to answer your questions with a smile

We went in here looking for plastic drip pans for my indoor flowers. They were out of them, which was fine, and we left. A family member was still on the store, and overheard one of the workers say after I left “she should just go to goodwill if she wants plastic plates.” Upon hearing this, I went back in to inquire about the statement, and she tried to say it was only a suggestion. This could be true, if the comment was made to me, but it instead it was a snide comment made behind my back. Incredibly poor customer service to someone trying to buy local. Workers need to be trained to watch what they say about customers when they think no one is listening. We will not be back!

Gibbs is a very important part of our community. The people are always very helpful and If they don't have they will order it for you! If I ever need anything, it's the first hardware store I go to.
