I love this shop! I can always find something unique and useful. And Donna is the friendliest and most helpful store owner! There is a fun mix of repurposed and new items for my home and also a bit of jewelry. The store is arranged in a charming way that allows you the opportunity to browse into all the nooks and crannies to discover all Donna has to offer. But you better grab the item that catches your eye! Many items are snatched up quickly by loyal customers! This is a must-visit shop in Bridgton!

This store is a must if you are in the area. We have purchased furniture to paintings (done by Donna) to furnish our home. Donna and her husband are so talented and creative. Every time I visit Scout there is always something new and exciting that I never walk out empty handed. Donna has made Scout a main stop in our little town of Bridgton. Her compassion for finding fun things to brighten up your home or actually making unique pieces of beautiful furniture is why we will always shop at Scout. Check it out...

Really lovely shop with beautiful furniture and decorations. We were looking for a sideboard for our new apartment and even though there was nothing available at that moment, Donna was very helpful and went searching for one. Within a few weeks, she found a beautiful sideboard and painted it for us. We love it, and we will definitely come back for more things for our place.

I’ve been vacationing in Bridgetown my whole life, and Scout is my favorite store there! I always find such meaningful things there, and all the things are wonderful to look at. Some highlights of what I’ve collected are these sweet pillows with an owl and a fox for my baby sons room - they were the first things I bought him when I found out I was pregnant! I also have a beautiful pitcher with a fern on it that I got last spring! A wonderful store!!!

This shop has many great finds and reasonably priced. Donna is always changing the shop interior at least from month to month, so there are always new finds and worth frequent stops. Donna has wonderful vision for color and decorating. Great little shop in Bridgton!

What an AMAZING local business. Helpful and friendly staff; the items are fantastic, reasonably priced and perfectly displayed. You never know what you will find! I cannot leave this store without buying (at least) one thing. Whenever we have friends or company at our house, someone usually compliments some furniture or decor item I have displayed...and you can bet that item came from SCOUT.The owner, Donna, is truly one of the kindest souls you'll ever meet with an expert eye for decor. A definite "must-stop-shop" when visiting the lakes region or whenever you find yourself in Bridgton.

I have bought countless items from this shop.For myself: a one-of-a-kind coffee table, beautiful antique bread box (to hide kitchen clutter), realistic electric candles (to use where flame would be a hazard), etc.For others: jewelry, cards, ornaments, kitchen towels, unique objects, etc.And then there is HER ART! Her art is amazing, award-winning, beautiful, uplifting. She has worked in different mediums and styles over the years. I can't wait to she what she will be doing this year.Last, I have to mention that her prices are veryreasonable, and you can find treasures at every price point. Donna is a wonderful person, so you should just pop in to meet her!

Donna is absolutely, hands down, one of the friendliest shop owners I've ever known! Not only does her shop have the loveliest items, curated in such a lovely way, but she welcomes you through her door with open arms, a smile, and true care. Our home is adorned with so many pieces from Scout (or painted with her Farmhouse line). We've been visiting her since the Crabapple days...or, as my boys lovingly call it, Tabble Apple...because she even welcomes them with kindness and they love the shop as much as their Mumma does! We will forever be customers!

My favorite shop in Bridgton, ME for new & antique finds. I especially love this place because all of the pieces are priced to move so inventory is always changing. My wife & I visit every few weeks & it's always like walking into a new shop. If your in the lakes region I highly recommend a visit!

When I relocated from California to Bridgton, and purchased my happy little home in downtown Bridgton, it was empty. The only furniture I brought with me was my bedroom set and a few folding chairs. If you are looking for antiques or rare finds for you house this is a great place. We bought 6 pillows with animal faces on them and they are great. Nice place for original art and old photos of the local area.

We stumbled upon this delightful store by accident. Happily we found several must have pieces for our home as well as gifts for others. On each occasion the owner and staff went out of their way to be helpful while not hovering as we browsed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone (and the prices are fair, too!).
