Wow Dottie Chalmers is UNtrustworthy and UNprofessional!! By gaging her attitude about paying a claim, you'd think this person was financially struggling-- her actions scream "Desperate for money!" above caring for people. That's not right.If you are going to deal with her, watch for the dollar signs in her eyes. Very unprofessional to say the least.I wonder what a person who could act like this does in her private life...
