Employees with those gigantic cart things mow down their own shoppers, without any consideration or apology, while collecting groceries and goods for curbside shoppers off the sales floor. They should be doing this AT NIGHT, out of the way. Why should WE watch out for THEM?! Ignorant.Don't get me started on the automatic registers, with one employee watching you. How much sense does it make to have one person watch, while you ring your own self out? Why doesn't that person ring you out? Shop elsewhere.

Decent walmart. Double the size of Palmyra Walmart. Clean efficient a typical Walmart. I didn't shop grocery as Walmart "fresh" produce usually is anything but fresh, but that can vary store to store. The rest is the same.

They lost my $1000 order. I ordered a computer for delivery from the store, paid to have it delivered in 3 hours or less. The time for delivery comes and goes and no item. I talk to the Walmart online chat, they tell me they can’t help and then the chat feature gets removed with a notification saying I need to call customer service line.I do this and they say there’s no driver for my order so I can go pick it up, which I have to arrange with my local store. I call my local store to do this, and they say they don’t even have my order and therefore I can’t pick it up. They said u could try calling back in a few days and maybe they’d have it by then.I call customer service back and the guy tells me the store does have my order and a driver is picking it up now. I tell him again what the store is saying,he then disconnects the call. Still no order, can’t get a refund, and am out $1000

Basically I was expecting it to have long lines when cashing out seeing it was a few days ahead of Christmas but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I walked in and had my list of items to get and walked through the supermarket and got my 13 items I needed to get but the store was well stocked up and I really didn't have to substitute anything else. Granted because of the crowded store the people were flowing graciously. I have to say thank you Walmart for the well kept up store 🏬.

While the prices are lower than Shaw's and Hannaford, neither the Bangor nor Brewer location are reliable for consistent stocking of goods.Also, have tried seeing if they can reorder items (that are out of stock, but I have gotten their before), and they will not do it.The Bangor location is preferred, but will forever wish they would be replaced with Whole Foods.

Since Bangor and Brewer started the pick up ordering, most of the employees picking the order's are in the way and rude! Rude by acting like the customers actually in the store shopping are in their way giving dirty looks, or making remarks. And if you call either store for a specific department, nobody answers the phone. You get rerouted to CS and put through again and still don't answer. Good customer service died in the 80s

Most all associates there are friendly and very helpful. Besides that one lady at customer service desk ( Liz ), she is extremely rude, she doesn’t even bother to try helping, she works extremely slow. Been to this store multiple times, first time I thought she may be having a bad day. So I went on without finishing what I needed done at customer service desk. But it’s been multiple time now, and at last I had to request one of the coach supervisor there to finish up what I needed.

This Walmart is awful every time I’ve gone in I feel targeted they ask for my receipt all the time and never anyone in front or behind me when I leave and then when I say no they followed me out to my car and watched me put my stuff in my car after I spent $400 and cashed myself out very uncomfortable for a woman by herself with her children but anytime my husband comes they never ask

We Got Kicked out of the store because my Service cat was denied & papers & Vest on We had Brewer PD & They made us feel belittled as well, If u have a Service animal of any species they're gonna Remove you from the store Staff was very Rude I ain't gonna be bringing my business there again, The Manager that approached us is a Massive Douche.

Just had the WORST customer service at the brewer Maine checkout. Got almost $300 worth of groceries. Husband has a heart condition and we’re trying to bag up the groceries. I ask”Amy” if she was allowed to help bag. She looks at me, shrugs her shoulders and say, “ I don’t know “ as I am trying to bag the groceries, a line of people behind us staring and “Amy” looking at the ceiling ignoring us. Spoke to the manager who stated, “ we will look into it.” Yeah right!!

Love the poster I got printed off here! Got here before expected and super good quality. Same material as all photos, so keep it away from humidity and heat to avoid warping (Miguel has seen better days) but the best part is knowing that someone printed this off. They had to witness this and package it. Thank you for your service.
