This is a well-kept little park at the boat launch. This park is located right in the middle of the village which makes it a perfect place to park and explore the surroundings.

Easy access boat launch, plenty of dock space and parking restaurant and convince store right near by. Most of all my dog loves swimming there.

Very pleasant to set and watch the river and the reflection on the water! Some time the Bowdoinham community will have events and activities their. You can also kayaking, canoeing and boating. This park is in the down town of our time. Kids should be under supervision all the time. This place is not a playground. However there is a skate park close by.It is one of my favorite places to be if you are interested in a wonderful park, please consider visiting our Mailly Waterfront Park. It is a fantastic place!!!Playground: There is no playground at the waterfront park. However there is a skate park close by.Restrooms: I believe there is a public restroom. I saw the sign before, however I'm not sure if the bathroom is open all the time or locked after the business hours.Picnic area: There are some areas that you can sit and enjoy your time. However, you have to pick up after yourself!!!

it was nice. the family and i had a cook out. great place to let the kids run while mom cooks and dad gets the fishing gear ready for the season. One down fall. The horse and dog poop everywhere.

I grew up near here and my whole life I've loved few things more than visiting the bowdoinham town landing.Bowdoinham is small and cozy, and the landing has a great boat ramp. The docks are easy to walk down and fish off of and there's a farmer's market here as well.From here it's super easy to pop in and explore the Cathance River, which is lovely. Head south and you're in Merrymeeting Bay, head north and you have a lovely paddle which feels like you could be in the northern woods. Good conservation efforts have preserved a rural character along the river.Absolutely lovely.

Pretty winter setting. We had a sandwich in the car and watched 10 merganzers feeding along the iced edge of the river.

We went to Sylvester's Fish and chips again today. They are closing for the season today at 3:00 pm. Best scallops evah!!! 😁
