The rental property we stayed in on Spruce Point was spectacular! Gorgeous ocean views with private access to the beach right in front of the house! Highly recommend this agency to fulfill your amazing stay in Boothbay Harbor!

We rented Linekin Breeze in East Boothbay Harbor Aug 11-18, 2023.As soon as we arrived we noticed the house was not really clean so I began to clean and decided to run some dishes so we would at least have clean dishes and glasses and silverware. The dishwasher door wouldn’t close so we called Alexis and she came out and fixed it. While she was there I mentioned the house wasn’t clean and didn’t even look like it had been vacuumed. Her response was to tell me where the vacuum was.While she was at the house she also misrepresented to us that even though the house had a water view we were not allowed to walk down to the water because the deeded access to the dock didn’t apply since the dock was destroyed in a storm and had not been rebuilt yet. On our last day we took a boat ride and saw that a new dock was in place for us to use.As for the house, I spent the first afternoon cleaning, sent my husband to the grocery for bleach and vinegar for cleaning. The next morning we went out for a new coffee pot since I could not get theirs clean.In the bedroom we used there were not enough hangers even though there were only 2 of us in a 4 bedroom house so I got as many as I could gather. The electrical outlets did not work in one half of the bedroom so the wall switch didn’t turn on the lights. Fortunately it was cool during our visit since the portable A/C unit was filthy and I was unable to get it completely clean.We would never rent this house again, and expected more from Cottage Connections.

The house has a grand view of the coast. Simply gorgeous. The upstairs rooms were a little warm during the heat wave afflicting much of the country, however. The kitchen is well-stocked with implements; the coffee maker should be upgraded. Overall, a fantastic week living on the glorious Maine coast!

If you want the quintessential Maine experience this is the place to stay. Very cozy and being able to wake up to the water views each morning is amazing! There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside and did our own lobster bakes in the backyard. The town is super cute and filled with activities to do with the whole family! Can't wait to go back!!

Very responsive operation! I had hot water issues and they were fixing it immediately!20 of my family came here to celebrate moms 88th birthday. Learned her recipes, cooked, sipped, relaxed, laughed, caught fish, sipped! Excellent venue for a family vacation!

As always Indian Point was beautiful. Th cottage is in a perfect location! She improvements would be appreciated but if not, I know we will still return. The sofa has seen better days! A new frying pan would be nice. I bought my own to use while we there. Great fishing off the rocks!

Cottage Connection was great to deal with - I would definitely work with them again. My only question was regarding $595 cleaning fee, and we still had to empty all the trash. The house was reasonably clean, but we felt like $595 was a lot.On the plus side, we had a few questions about internet access and location of garbage cane. Our calls were returned immediately and questions answered. Our experience with Cottage Connection was definitely a positive one.

We had a wonderful time at the Bluefin cottage. The ocean views can't be beat and it is easy to walk to the beach when the tide is out and to enjoy all the amenities at Indian Point. Our contact at Cottage Connection was attentive to our needs and very helpful. This was our third time and we will be returning next year.

Our family (ages 2 to 71!) had a wonderful stay at the LInekin Breeze last week. The house is spacious and comfortable; the photos on the website are totally accurate! We were able to relax and enjoy each other's company in a beautiful setting. There were plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The house was spotless when we arrived. Cottage Connection staff were accessible and instantly responsive to any questions. We will be back!

Awesome views fromMerwick cottage! The location can’t be beat, and the cottage was well stocked and maintained. The ocean front views were spectacular, and it was a short walk or drive to Five Islands Lobster company for fresh lobster, steamers, fried seafood and ice cream. Reid State Park is right around the corner, and plenty of things to do and see in the Bath area. We loved it!

We rented a big house in Boothbay Harbor in July, based on the Cottage Connection listing, and it exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, much more so than the photos showed, and the view of the harbor was even better than we thought it would be. It was fully appointed with everything we could want or need. Steamboat Landing is a beautifully decorated, spacious house overlooking the Sheepscot River. You couldn't ask for more comfortable accommodations for a week's vacation in Maine. The house is somewhat off the beaten track, but that's a plus for our family. The only negative is the two-car parking limit, which led to some musical car juggling among our three-car family group. Overall, I would give Steamboat Landing a 4 1/2 star rating if that were an option.

We had the best week at Dash Inn. The setting is spectacular and the home is charming and had everything we needed. We went swimming in the saltwater pond everyday and took long walks around the neighborhood and down to the ocean. I cannot say enough about how beautiful and ideal the location is. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities of town nearby. We cannot wait to come back!
