I’m very disappointed! I made a apt for my dog for my dog to be groomed a month and a half ahead of time. The apt was made for Thursday morning at 9. I made the apt on Thursday morning because I work in Boothbay on Thursday mornings from 9-12. I called trying to confirm and didn’t get a answer or returned call. So I drove to Boothbay Thursday morning to drop him off on my way to work. I got there 15min early and she came out and said my apt isn’t today it’s tomorrow on Friday I said I wouldnt have made it on a Friday I’m not even in the area. Then she went inside and shut the door. So I called and told her I will have to cancel that apt I’m not in the area on Fridays I am forty minutes away working a 8hr job. I said is there a way you wrote it on the wrong day because I put it in my calendar while we were on the phone and she said “nope I canceled it” I said this stinks I waited a over a month for This and now will be a hour late for work where I have to take him home and she said its fine and Hung up on me. Which I think is very rude! She didn’t even try to reschedule for me and was very careless and rude! I wouldn’t even give a star but I had to so I could do a review! She’s a very rude person!

Fully satisfied! First time taking my standard poodle to a groomer and he looks great! Jasmine was really good with him and is happy to accommodate her customers' needs. My (rather anxious....) dog was calm and happy when I came to pick him up. 😊

I was told about this particular groomer from a friend of mine. She does such a fantastic job with the animals. I would recommend people who are in the area to go ahead and check it out.
