A Hidden Gem. Beautiful, newly renovated rooms. Exceptionally clean. Large King size beds. Huge wall mounted TV. Very comfortable. Owners and Staff go out of their way to provide everything you need. They threw an Eclipse gathering while we were there. Pizza, soda and dessert. Custom Tee shirts were available too! Very generous. Meeting all the guests and watching the eclipse is a fantastic memory. We will absolutely return again.Rooms: We didn’t know what to expect, and were pleasantly amazed when we went in our room. Immaculate and well stocked with necessities. A++.

The owners are not good people.The room was nice but we came with a group of 12. Booked in February for a July trip. The owners refused to keep us close and jammed half our group in the other building that is dated and smells.The pool was broken and hasn’t worked all summer but the owners never changed their listing to say no pool. When called on it they argued saying they couldn’t do anything.The owners also treat their one employee who is very good like garbage.

We called at 9:15 pm after my husband finished hiking a section of the AT, desperate to find a place to stay (with our dog), and lucked out that a room was available. The management was super nice, rooms were good - plus a microwave and mini fridge. So nice that we stayed one more night. Then back to camping! It was wonderful to find respite here. Great location for AT hiker support people - in the middle of lots of sections of the trail.

Susan RadcliffNo one was reported to the company by name . You brought a pet in a non pet room and were not charged . Your husband was asked how many people were going in the room and he said 1. There is a much high charge for extra unregistered guests in the room. My.decor is my choice and I happen to like that style. If you could read the rates and no pets are are posted in the room . You would rather bad mouth me than follow the rules.

I've never stayed anywhere that I had to clean the room myself before I felt comfortable staying there, until now. It smelled awful and was filthy. Very very dated. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We called to book a room for the week and he gave us a price. When he found out we were there for corridor work he jacked the price up on us. The door only had a push button lock.

Jacuzzi broken, and have to sign waiver for pool. Definitely needs some upgrades. Old fashion tv that makes high pitch noise. Bates motel bathroom lights. Rinky-dink kitchen utilities. Scary to go outside at night without a buddy . Not like the pictures. Very nice people though and pretty view of the stars. Shower is brand new. If you’re use to quality inn, Hampton inn, or Marriott this place is VERY different. This satisfies bare minimum for a couple of nights. I can’t help but wish I had a black light. Futon is broken and caved in during the middle of the night for us and heat doesn’t work.

Room was dingy and very dated. We were in the area for a wedding and booked two nights, but ended up driving home after the wedding instead.The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the comforter looked like it had not been washed in a decade. The wall behind the sink in the bathroom was flecked with dried toothpaste. My fiancee wad going to take a bath, but after filling up the tub the water was a bright blue/green color.The lock on the door was just a push button on the doorknob; no door chain, no deadbolt.The AC unit in the room would turn on and off randomly during the night, interrupting what little sleep we had.If you just need a cheap bed in the area, I guess it would be fine, but if you're looking for any sense of safety or comfort, search elsewhere.

Booked at the motel office after a day of riding. Once we booked, we saw a woman go into our room then come out before we got there. Turns out it was the cleaning lady who sprayed down the room with some chemical to make it smell better. We couldn't breath the stuff, so moved to the room next door. Musty, musty smell and the bedspread was walked on so much it had worn through on the corners. Yes, I said walked on. It was too large for the bed. The bed made a squeaky sound whenever you got on it. The bathroom was decent, but the whole experience gave us the Heebee Jeebees.

It's bit expensive but was good as a place to stay if you are in the area. Considering that it's the cheapest you can find. I forgot to take any pictures of the inside. It was clean and didn't had any weird smells or anything like that. The owner is a nice old gentleman and you ask him about the area.

Very nice people very clean rooms and cheap! Right on the trails for snowmobiles and four wheelers! Also they sell guns and ammo! Best place to stay in the Bingham area!

This privately owned Motel is a great place for a family to stay. It is reasonably priced and clean. They have coffee available in the office and a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

This place for one is out dated the owner is not nice yelled at me cause i came up with my kids and dog even tho it is a pet friendly motel called my husbands company to get him in trouble even tho i paid extra on top of what the company paid told me one thing and turned around to and told the company something different also the other emolyees staying in other rooms got told they cant stay if they leave the ac again knowing they work around hot pavement all day and would like to come back to a cold room i even cleaned the room before i left this place is not worth it not being treated that way for sure the pool is also not good cant be used nor the hot tub also the swins are falling apart with nails sticking out and missing boards

Excellent web of atv and snowmobilr trails accessible right from the property. Plenty of parking for trailers and cars, overall an excellent choice if you're looking for somewhere you can walk out the door hop on your atv and go for a long ride.

Appropriately clean and ready. Nice that the rooms have microwaves and refrigerator. I do wish the WiFi worked better.
