Super clean and well run store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Store was super well-stocked. Was greeted at door and helped with my problem.Araceli was fantastic and helped solve my problem. All positive here, however stepping into Home Depot felt like wandering into a ghost town where the only spirits roaming the aisles were the echoes of your own footsteps. It's like the retail version of a desert island ā plenty of space to roam but not a soul in sight. But hey, at least I found all the lumber I needed without having to fight off any phantom shoppers!

Been here a few times lately. Both for electrical related products. The first time the guy that helped get me a certain length of wire was not very happy working at Home Depot. He definitely made it known to us. Very weird. The last time, I couldn't find a certain light fixture. I asked one of the guy's and he was beyond fabulous. Not only did he help us, but he helped all the people around us. A real asset to Home Depot. You never know.

If you need next day delivery donāt use this store. Still two days and no product, but the store says itās delivered. They mark things delivered when they put them on a truck with a third party. They are not empathic to needing the supplies for building projects and contractor time lines.Canāt comment on product since I have not seen it

I had an unfortunate occurrence where my new refrigerator failed after 3 months of use. I stopped into Home Depot #2405 for some help and Tina, a supervisor in the appliance department sat with me and reviewed the entire case and made phone calls with me present, getting the solution underway. She has helped me through this entire process with excellent communicative skills and good humor and creative problem solving. Every company should have outstanding employees like this. Because of Tina, I remain a loyal Home Depot customer.

I went to this location few weeks ago looking for a barn style window. They had nothing in store. One of the managers (Steve) showed up and offered his assistance along with another team member.He gave us ideas on how we could build our own and then offered to help us put it together in store.He did an amazing job. Treated us with much kindness and vast amount of respect.The team at Tropical Caribbean would like to thank you both for putting together that beautiful window .Great asset to the store.

After the guy at the desk told me they didn't have Homasote- I found the Homasote/sound board with the insulation. Once I found it, another employee, Steve, helped me cut it while we discussed how I was going to use it in my beehives- he was friendly and super helpful! Thank you Steve!

Might be a good place for some, but not me.I came to the realization that there is no reason for me to ever shop at home depot anymore. Purchased some things there today got home checked online, and everything I bought was 10% to 33% off somewhere else. Made a return as they will not price match amazon.Why would I go here when I can save money, and have the same items delivered to my doorstep...You might say well you can support a local business but they are just a huge chain. If I want to support a local shop I can go to the small owner operated hardware store near me or one of the local lumber yards for my projects that need materials the same day.One older gentleman there was friendly and said hi. Everyone else had the personality of a standard overworked, under paid, burnt out retail worker that I suspect they are :(I don't really blame the workers maybe if HD spent some of that 15 billion in stock buybacks they just did on more than a dollar for the local employees perhaps they would be in a better mood /shrug

The Home Depot in Biddeford, Me is my go to for everything from gardening needs, tools, paints, etc. I like it here because it's easy to shop and it pretty much has everything you could possibly need or want. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that sometimes it's hard to find associates when you need help. A few days ago I wanted to have a key made but I couldn't find anyone. I eventually ended up not having it done. Other than that, I am overall satisfied with this store.

Jonathan offered and loaded 240lbs of marble rocks into my SUV for me today. I had already worked 6 hours in my yard and was exhausted; Iām very impressed and thankful for this young man. Great employee!!

Went there at 730 when the posted hours say you close at 8 and was told you guys closed at 6 with people shopping inside. Super frustrating

Computer systems were down and had to wait in line a very long time. Once at register, had to move to another one and purchase was taking a while to get through. Not a good day for those workers, I felt bad for them. They lost alot of money. People were leaving products right at the registers because they couldn't wait that long.

Went to the store (Biddeford Maine) to get info or even possibly buy a washer and dryer. It was around 6 pm on a Sunday. My wife and I looked at all they had to offer waiting for some assistance. We probably waited between 30-45 minutes until we went and looked for some help. Once we found a Home Depot associate they said they couldnāt assist us and sent us to customer service. At the service desk we were informed that there was no one available then and we should come back Monday morning. Very sad that there was no one in the building that could assist. Long story short Lowes Home Improvement got our $2000 instead. I will be doing my business with them from now on.

The workers here have no knowledge and are no help at all. Just trying to buy fencing and nobody knows where it is (hidden out by the sheds for some reason), couldn't come out to help us, and didn't question the fact that they put in an order of 10 corner posts that I then had to go on a wild goose chase of phone calls trying to rectify so we get straight fence posts. What a hassle.

Great deals on all my contractor needs!.... side note the return policy has recently been changed, FYI if you are like me and would rather have more product, than run out andve to afford another trip to the store than if you pay with cash SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!! OTHERWISE: your return is out of the question I was recently turned away on about $80.00 worth of material and hardware I bought with cash and Lost the receipt... after a complaint and wasted 20 mins of my life I had to leave the store with the merchandise I have no use for and take a loss considering I have an account at the pro desk but did not use my card, and therefore wasn't even able to get it traded for store credit which is all I even wanted. Figured I'd warn everyone else before they're treated like some kind of scammer like me. The cashier was sincere and polite so I didn't get angry but something just bothers me still about that situation.

I would recommend going anywhere else before having this store deliver materials to your home. The delivery department has no clue what they are doing, and the manager has no control over them. Delivery was rescheduled 4 times then left in our driveway because the driver was angry he had to bring the materials at the end of the day. Terrible experience all around!

When I go to other Home Depots I see more stock and items I didn't know they carried. This Depot is 1.2 miles from my house and basically my only option for a home improvement big box store or any store of this type. I'm being very generous with the 4 stars. Probably 2 stars too generous. What are you gunna do it's not in the best economic region. I probably should have skipped this one.

Holy crap⦠waited 6 minutes at ā customer serviceā desk waiting for someone to show up.. ding dong covering plumbing gave me wrong info so my husband had to drive 20 minutes back and tell him how to do his job. If you have all day to waste you will be fine here. Its like wal mart dressed in orange smock

Ordered a washing machine on Sunday was told It would be delivered in one week . Monday afternoon received an email stating delivery had been changed to December 1st 1month out. We specifically asked the the salesman of about delivery He assured us one week. I canceled my purchase the next day on Monday will not order from from home depot again

It's Friday 6/10 around 8pm. There is four workers at customer service. Had random questions twice. Once about paint and once about outdoor trashcan lids that were not found. I don't know everyone's name but both times walking up only one person was helpful Maddie. No one else wanted to to anything beside say they were sort staff and didn't have the right people to answer my question. Well to those others three workers how was Maddie helpful and you were not. Much appreciated Maddie. Thank you and only you very much.

Went in for a few things but particularly celluar shades. Steve, the assistant manager, took great care of us. Cut the shades to fit the size of our windows.A really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As always The Home Depot is our store for so many of our projects.

Scott at self checkout on 11/21/22 was the most pleasant and helpful employee I have ever encountered. Ever. When all the other staff tonight were short with me and my 4 month old son he took the time to help us. I know they are overworked and understaffed over there but I think everyone should strive to be a Scott. Thank you Scott!

We went to the Biddeford home depot today looking to buy some window blinds. We were hoping we would find someone who could us since we know we would need to have them custom fit. My husband found the perfect salesperson, Janine Flaherty! She knew exactly what we needed. She knows her stuff and she has a FANTASTIC attitude! It was such a pleasure to deal with Janine. Management at this location failed epically. I lost my credit card on Thursday within 15 minutes I reported it at the customer service desk. The associate took my name, phone number and I even provided the last four digits on the card. I was assured I would be contacted if the card was turned in.Sunday I went back to the same Home Depot to purchase some items and inquire about my card to determine whether or not the card is there. I wait, and I wait, and I wait. I inquire twice at the desk and after 20 minutes am finally told they're on their way up with it. I had never received a call as I was promised I would and I was kept waiting 20 minutes for what should not have taken that long. When I asked why I didn't get a phone call as I had already provided them with all the information; the response was " I don't know, I wasn't here, I don't know who you spoke with". I understand the front line is not the real source of the failure here, although any empathy or sincere apology was gravely lacking. Another associate comes out from behind the desk to see just what the problem was and her response was "well, with how busy we are, I guess I can understand that " That's an excuse, and quite honestly that's not my problem. If you are busy, staff accordingly. I recognize that I lost my card and that's on me, but I had higher expectations of the level of service that should have been and could have been provided easily. I spent over $400 at this location in 3 days and I will not be making that mistake again. I can just as easily shop in South Portland and I can also shop at Lowe's. What a disappointment, the management team should be ashamed of themselves.
