I called ahead to ask about food options for an aging cat. The employee looked up nutritional analysis of several brands compared to my usual and the cat's needs. It felt much better than just trying to sell me a famous name or "bestseller." I appreciate the employee's sincere effort to get the right food for the cat.The only reason not to give 5 stars is the rest of the store is mostly centered around dogs, not much for cat items. I'm sure you'll be happy if shopping for dogs!

Firstly: employees here were always SO kind & seriously have impressive memories! I came here to bath my dog around once a month, for 6 months. They’ve remembered me every time & always had a tub ready for me!I bring most of my own supplies but they have a plethora of options for shampoo/conditioner. Also have the best headband to help with dogs that are fearful of the dryers! *also make for a hilarious pic. Clearly she was not as impressed as I was*

Manager is rude and refuses to take a suggestion on improving facility safety for their patrons. I requested to speak to the owner regarding my concern and was verbally attacked. We use the self-wash station frequently at this facility, but was black-listed by manager after expressing concern that would be a significant liability to the owner.

Eric is a wealth of knowledge with healthy pet food options. Fairly priced as well. He also had great knowledge of the area and helped me find a fun place for my dogs to run.

Super Dogs & Cats is my dog's favorite place to visit in Biddeford. Every time we walk in, he is greeted by name (Benjamin)- very friendly staff. He knows they have his favorites- meat sticks and smoked cow ears :) The self-wash is awesome! Reasonably priced ($18, I believe), with a "buy 9 washes, get the 10th wash free" card. It is also very convenient, and there are several different shampoos and conditioners all ready for you to choose from. Walk in with a stinky dog, and leave with them feeling fresh. There are also at least two wash rooms there and I have never had to wait. I recommend Super Dogs to all of my local dog friends and family!

New to the area and delighted to find this great place! Self dog wash at a low cost, everything you may need is provided for you.The store itself offers everything one could think of for their pets. They also work with a local rescue which always shows you a bit of the owners true compassion for all animals.

I took my goldendoodle there to bathe her myself. Very nice set up. Private room with , shampoo, conditioner, towels. The sink was perfect height for my back. It cost $18. But worth every penny.

I go out of my way to get my cat food from this store. The people in charge are amazing. They only stock quality products for Animals. I consider this kind of the Whole Foods but for animals.The first time I went in there I was in a crisis with my cat being in pain and a snowstorm having closed all of the vets in the area, and they had everything that I needed to get Leo through a long weekend and on her way to a purrfect recovery.

The entire staff here was so kind and extremely helpful. I needed some assistance with purchasing the right harness for my pup and they were amazing, even suggesting that we try a walk outside to see if it fit well. They have a great selection of anything your pup might need and encourage pet adoption. We'll gladly return.

We go here for the dog wash. Not many places have a self service dog wash and they provide everything including soap and shampoo! Amazing people and amazing services. And after you get your dog clean, the nail clipping only costs $10!!

I have been going to Super Dogs & Cats since it was in Saco and I LOVE them. The store is stocked with a variety of treats, foods, toys, and gear for dogs and cats of all sizes. If they dont have what you are looking for it, they will order it and it arrives in less than a week. The events are the best, my dogs all love coming in to Super Dogs to have their photos taken. The groomers do an awesome job on my three little poodles and the dog wash is convenient for those inbetween grooming baths!

I asked how many bags until my next free bag. The woman said the card said I had only purchased one small bag before. I told her I only ever buy the 15lb bag. She then proceeded to tell me that I got my free bag on my last visit. I explained that I had never received a free bag. She repeated her statement and I once again said I had never earned a free bag. I find it interesting that her information went from me never having bought a 15 lb bag to having met the 10 bag purchase requirement on my last visit.I will not be back.
