Got the dogs nails trimmed. My dogs are very bouncy and active. I was trying to pay so I could just leave quickly. But the young lady was trying to up sale a program. I told her I didn't want it but she was quite persistent. My dogs were getting very anxious and wanted to leave especially when one of them began barking. The young lady who trimmed their nails was excellent. She takes her time.

I really like this place. They have a great variety of fish. They only had 2 cats there, but I've seen more in the past. If you like birds, turtles, Bearded Dragons, and guinea pigs I'd recommend going to PetSmart in Biddeford.

I love bringing my dog to petsmart to see Destynee she is fantastic, my dog is very anxious after having a really bad experience at petco but when she's done at petsmart she's so happy and clean

Thank you, Cindi! I brought my dog in because I had tried to get her groomed at daycare and that went miserably. I think the difference was that Cindi took her time with my timid dog and got her comfortable with all of the grooming tools. She listened and gave my dog exactly what I was asking for. The petsmart Biddeford location is amazing in every way! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and hard working. Stephen in the grooming department has been working with my dog since she was a puppy, she ADORES him and gets very excited every time we pull into the parking lot. He even went out of his way to get her a birthday present. I will continue to spread my positive experiences from this store with all my friends and family. Thank you petsmart for always taking such good care of my girl!

Dropped off my very emotional yorkie and morkie to be groomed on Friday afternoon. You see I love this place because they always do a good job but with my 5 lb little guy (Chewy) they manage giving a good cut but also know when to stop because it stresses him out. Well I was blown away this Friday when I gave them to the lovely Liz and Cindi to get their winter haircuts and came back to find just the loveliest 2 haircuts I’d ever seen. Chewy was particularly distressed when I dropped him off but when I came back, I peeked in the window to see Cindi with him in her arms and him giving her kisses. Just the sweetest group of staff I could ask for taking care of my boys. Thank you for all you do!

I had previously given PetSmart four stars. But after today I will never take any one of my pets back to PetSmart in the future. They lied to me today and told me they could not take my dog because he had knots behind his ear that they could not take care of I needed to take him to my vet and get them cut off and then they would take care of him. The reasoning was they did not have clippers short enough to get the mats out. I then proceeded to call my vet and find out that they had no clue and thought it was quite weird that they said that to me. This is not the first pet they have come up with a reason to not take.

The woman who helped me and my daughter pick out our new mouse and his habitat was so kind, knowledgeable and patient! I believe her name was Sydney. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to help us on such a busy day. We are so happy with our new family member and we will be sure to go back again for his food and habitat needs.

For grooming, Words cannot describe how awful of an experience this was for my pet. I have brought her to this groomer many times before and have never had an issue. My dog is very sensitive, but the sweetest girl ever. She never bites, Snaps, or has been aggressive. There was no excuse to cut her face while grooming her, and I am most upset they did not have the decency to tell me she had been cut, I got all the way home before noticing this on her face. The grooming appointment took twice as long as they had mentioned (6 hours for my 35 pound dog). I watched her be groomed from the outside of the window for the last 10 minutes of her visit as I was extremely antsy at this point to have her back. Her groomer was jerking her left and right by the hair on her chin, and was clearly frustrated. I would highly recommend they review their current staff because frustration should never be taken out on innocent animals, certainly not ones that aren’t there own.

Very helpful staff. We were shopping for a new puppy and a staff member approached and offered a free coupon booklet for just that occasion which ended up saving us a nice chunk of money. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and noticed our need without being even being asked. We're grateful for the great shopping experience!

One of the larger Petsmarts I've been to. Huge selection of foods! The dog toy section was a bit cleared out, but I also noticed there had been a sale on toys as well as many other items in the store, so makes sense. I was able to find all that I was hunting for while there.

We love outsmart. They have a great selection of fish. They have a ton of amazing animals products, and the staff so helpful. We love that you can bring your pets in to shop with you- we love the cat adoption area

Waited in line for 10 minutes with a tough customer in front of us. Next register opened without anyone saying anything such as, "next in line I can help", nothing, the worker just sat there acting like they were not working until someone else walks up with an item and they can help them with a tone of regret. I believe you can improve with a manager that likes their job and wants to help improve the customer experience and employees' experience. It all starts with the manager

Store is clean, has a large variety of fish. They also have other animals to see. Has most pet needs. I went looking for a training collar and they didn't have one but maybe that's more of a specialty item?

I was in need of some Feliway pheromone plug-in diffusers, because I am bringing my cat back home after her being away for 5 years,so I'm hoping this helps bring the 2 cats together like they use to be. So the only place I could go look at them would be Petsmart, which I go there to get my dry cat food there.

I've only been to this PetSmart a few times, but always have had a good experience. I just went the other night to buy some more fish for my Beta to have some friends. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was awesome in giving information. Super upbeat and willing to help.

Went and picked up an aquarium for my wife's birthday. Lynn & Roger where super helpful, and just generally nice people. We also had great interactions with a nice person with pink hair, but I didn't catch the name. All in all its really nice in this day and age to see people genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, and would definitely recommend it.

Not uptight, not in your face what can I help you with customer service....but I am wanting to see some hunter orange stuff there for our fur babies. We do go out in the woods with our pets, let's keep them safe?

We went in to look for tunnels and a climbing piece for are fluffys. It was very empty and very over priced. And I must say I have worked in a aquatics jobs before and alot of the tanks we a little dirty. Attention to detail could help
