Our only Pharmacy for the local area and not another , in 3 directions for at least 25 miles. We are very lucky to have this great store in our community with fantastic staff and cheerful smiling and friendly moods. All that we need in shopping items , easy to get to.

Both Bernie and Pam couldn’t have done anymore to resolve my problem which was with FedEx.Bernie gave me as much info as he had and thenPam followed up later.They never treated me as a customer but more as a neighbor. How wonderful.Will change from Norway store to Bethel because of these outstanding employees.Bernie leads his team by example!

The guys working the few times I stopped in were VERY helpful, coming around from behind the counter to walk me directly to the product I needed, or to help me search. Good customer service is always appreciated, especially when you're in a rush. And the store was stocked is stocked with myriad items you don't always find at a drugstore. I was surprised as I passed some items in the aisles, like "wow, they carry that here?"

I'd like to give a shoutout to Walgreen's in Bethel. I needed a Covid test for work and they were WONDERFUL! My health center would not do it. Not pleased with that. Norway (Stephens) would not do it because my health center is not affiliated with them. Walgreen's was so easy to schedule and the pharm tech who walked me through the drive in test was AMAZING. He was clear and patient and it was so easy! Swab the inside of your nostril (only 1/2" in) on both sides for 15 seconds. Results in 24 hours. The state is paying the $130 fee as a pilot program. I can not recommend them enough!!!!!

I really wish I could give this pharmacy better reviews but unfortunately I can not.😓. I use Walgreens in Bethel Maine as my pharmacy and there is usually an issue of some sort, with myself or others I know. The issues that arise are usually the computer system they use or other communication issue with physicians Most of the pharmacist are polite....but frustrating for them as well as their customers.

The Walgreens in Bethel goes Above and Beyond the Call of Duty in Their Job Obligations. The Manager and His staff are Incredible Polite Patient Understanding and Real people At This Bethel Maine Walgreens 😷💙

12/13/2019 Usually very friendly service at this location however Becky in pharm was cranky and disorientated; seemed put off by my asking to have balance put thru auto pay. 😕
