We used Olson’s for our backyard wedding this past weekend; we knew going into it that they were short on help setup day so were prepared with manpower, but we didn’t need to lift a finger! They came through with a couple great trainees and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we could still access our animal enclosures which were in super close proximity and talked us through how to adjust the sides and lighting and open tables and chairs and anything else we may need to make everything work best for us. The guys were super personable and nice to talk to and came to disassemble while we were gone with zero trace. Definitely 10/10 will call them again if we’re ever in need of another rental! It rained on our wedding day but we didn’t mind because everyone was happy and dry! Awesome family owned business!

Donny and Olson's Tent Rental provided the tent, dance floor, and lighting for our wedding at The Bethel Inn. They were great to work with. They were able to accommodate a last minute cancel with another tent company and at a more affordable cost. They arrived early to set up the tents, dance floor, and lighting. The tent was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. We would recommend Olson's Tent Rental for any event need.

This is a good, honest company with hard working people who truly care about others. Donny promptly returned our call and went out of his way to meet with us and answer our questions. So I had to find some tents to rent about 4 years ago, and I stumbled across Olson's. They were significantly less expensive than the places near Portland, and I have been using them every year since. I recommended them to a friend for her wedding, and she said that they were the only company that didn't tell her that she also had to rent tables and and chairs for her wedding (which the venue had). And when planning my own wedding, the only tent company I bothered to call was Olson's.
