This was our first time here for my daughter who ended up having strep throat. The staff went above and beyond. They are so caring, courteous and quick. Will not take my children anywhere else after having such a gentle, thorough & bstress-free experience here. Thank you York hospital walk-in!

Excellent care from everyone. My issue is the redundancy of signing in, then the text, and then having to fill out the paper copy. Maybe the the tablet could give a printout to sign? I never do the phone one. One is enough.

After eight days with cold/flu symptoms - not Covid _ decided I better get seen. Berwick location is nearest to my home and I was able to get an appointment right away. So glad I went - entire staff was welcoming, caring and efficient. I was able to consult with PA Krista Potvin. Needed a chest ex ray for diagnosis and that happened right there.I would highly recommend this walk-in care center based on the care I received.

They are very welcoming and compassionate. There was only one provider and they were extremely busy. A second provider stopped in to take care of something. Realizing how how behind they were, she went home, changed, and came back to help.

Coming from another medical professional with pediatric experience: my Son is sick. The nurse (Lisa D.) and the NP (Phil) were both phenomenal with my son.Thank you for helping him feel comfortable, and including him in on the testing. That is always the worst part, and it’s amazing seeing someone take the extra couple minutes to make the visit a little more bearable! Thank you Berwick walk in!

Everyone was so helpful and nice here. It must be hard to stay positive when you are working with the sick and injured, but they were happy and helpful and made me feel right at ease. I very much recommend visiting this location if you are in need. A lot can be said about a kind voice and a smile.

The receptionist/intake employee andThe Nurse Employee made my visit to this office very relaxing and actually feltwanted and that they cared. This actually is a rarity in todays visits to most medical offices.The Doctor was exceptional, friendly and you could also tell he does care about the patient. I have a lot of complex issues going on and he was able to go through all of this and give me his advice, pros and cons and I never felt that I was on a conveyor belt, you know get the patient in and out, next!! York Hospital has a GREAT team at this location and I so appreciated them ALL!! THANK YOU, Ruth Bowen, Eliot, ME.

Could not get an early morning appointment, so I showed a few minutes early and waited until they were open. The staff were courteous and accommodating and we were seen and discharged quickly. I only wish they had weekend hours.

Always hate going to the walk-in unless my favorites are working. Very quick trip today for an injured ankle X-ray. The staff as always, was efficient and helpful.

Went to Berwick walk in was seen so quickly,.Pat at reception was so kind and helpful. The nurse was helpful answering questions I had and took my vitals and was very friendly and professional. I can't say enough about NP Alyssa so compassionate listened to my concerns and included and educated me on my treatment plan.

My visit was for blood draws and an ex ray for my hurt hand. The staff was tremendously kind and helpful, they were just great and got me in and out with an appt to be able to follow up and get the help I need really fast! I wish all er/walk in visits could be so pleasing! ❤️

Unbelievably good treatment. The staff was helpful and pleasant right from when I walked through the door. Abby and the X-ray tech, went above and beyond “the call of duty” to make me well. I am lucky I went there because nobody would have provided the type of care I received today!

Easily made same day appointment online. Office staff were friendly, minimal wait time, my provider was kind and extremely knowledgeable, took her time explaining and educating. I typically access walk in care at the York facility and am always impressed with the providers and facility however I was closer to Berwick Walk-in and found the same quality of care. So glad to have York Walk In services in multiple locations.
