Stopped by here after a (failed) excursion (too windy) on Long Pong and grabbed some coffee and a donut. Obviously a long standing hub of the community, this place is a gem. From lake memorabilia, to gas, booze, sandwiches, and more, if they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it.

This is a general store in a tourist destination. The parking lot is tiny but adequate. The store carries the mandatory sweatshirts, hats, bumper stickers, and the like. There is a lunch counter where you can get pizza, sandwiches, and the like. Where the store really shines is in the grocery department which walks the line between convenience store and upscale. The peanut butter and sardines are here, but there is also a great bakery, a full service meat counter, and lots of little items I never knew i needed. This is a definite must stop if you're in Belgrade Lakes.

Im a lifelong resident of Belgrade, and for the last 20 years right in Belgrade village. Over the last 5 years Days has become more and more for tourists. They sadly dont care about the locals. Inflation to the fullest ALWAYS! Other stores in the state charge 5 cents for a paper bag, Good ole days charges 10 cents. And they close earlier and earlier every year. Since covid, they close seasonally. Also thats getting earlier every year! Days IS a gem for TOURISTS, for locals, its an over inflated, money chugger. They're a bit judgy too. In my opinion anyway.

I always love everything I get at Day's and the awesome service as well. The scallops I bought right before Labor Day weekend were amazing! Some of the best I've ever had! A 💯 top notch store!

I've been going to Day's Store since 1964 in my mother's belly! The next summer and many more summers after that, I go back and it's still the exact same same store. Thanks my friends! I will always visit when in town.

Days is a local icon and a treasure that has been landmark, anchor and a mainstay of Belgrade Lakes identity for decades. Many changes over the years, but a "must stop" on any visit to the area.

Amazing! What an incredible store that has just about everything you could want! The Pizza was amazing and the Cheeseburger Sub was Perfection! I don't know where they got the Maple Monkey Bread Recipe but WOW! I am so impressed and so happy we chose to come to Days! THANKS!

Very friendly very helpful fishing supplies camping supplies paint supplies. Food is also liquor. Soda pizza beer water no bathroom not much parking highly recommend going for food. Please follow me.

It appears to be under construction. I have always enjoyed looking around at that shop. I was bummed that it wasn't open. There are items mostly clothes. We got some tasty treats there!

Stopped in for some souvenirs and a sandwich as I went through town. Great food and good prices. Friendly staff and picnic tables out back where you can enjoy your food on the lake.The blueberry donuts are amazing!

Day's Store is a Landmark for my family and all families in the Belgrade Lakes region. There is such a welcoming environment, commitment to quality as well as dedication to customer service. My family has been visiting Maine every summer for the past 40 years (before I was even born), and I intend to keep Maine a yearly if not bi-yearly trip for my future family as well. Part of that reason is the experience of waking up early, going to Day's getting a hot cup of coffee, fresh-made dough-nut, muffin, sandwich, you name it, they will make it! I always find the best gifts for family and friends as well in the clothing department. They never stop making improvements while always keeping the same comforting-feel that you get when you escape to a lake-town. Oh, and before you ask, yes, their prices are competitive too! This is a well run, family operated business. Go 2 Days!!

If you're in Belgrade for any reason you have to stop here for a whoopee pie. I was super impressed with the selection of booze and snacks. I grew up in Maine and having very fond memories of eating Maine Italians on the lake and with the post office docks right across the street I was able to easily re-live that experience.

My husband and I love visiting this store! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell this family owned business is huge part of the community. Their newest addition of the indoor ice cream shop is amazing! All they need now is to add a New England original to the milkshake menu. MARSHMALLOW FLUFF! Chunks of marshmallow in a milkshake are the BEST!

Day's Store is a must for any trip near Belgrade. The store boasts a variety of staples, dry goods, deli counter, beer/wine/spirits, ice cream shop, bakery, cafe, local coffees (hot and iced), and apparel. I swung by for lunch and ordered a burger with a blueberry iced coffee. I was surprised by the burger presentation as it was served on a new england style hot dog roll with lettuce, cheese, and special sauce. The bun was perfectly toasted and the filling was flavorful. I did think that there could have been more beef for the price paid but overall I enjoyed the meal.Day's Store is a bit on the pricier side, but not out of reason for a local general store. For such a small footprint in a very seasonal area, they offer a tremendous amount for locals and visitors alike. Day's was an almost daily stop for me during my week visit and it should be a daily stop for you too if you're in the area.

Super cute store. They have wine tastings and open mic nights all summer long. We loved the adjoining ice cream place too.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the process to pay for gas basically meant standing in line twice, and the place is surprisingly bustling for a Wednesday at 2pm!

This big little country store that has a little bit of everything. Amazing baked goods. Ice cream. Maine gifts. Beer, wine, liquor. Hot food and groceries. Fishing gear and even some hardware needs if you're in a jam. The owners and staff are friendly and warm. And there's a beautiful view on the lake side if you want to enjoy your food or dessert there.

I’ve been going to Day’s my entire life. It’s my first and last stop during my Maine trip every year. I love that I can get all of my grocery items, a coffee, a gift, bait worms, homemade fudge, pizza and the best Maine ice cream all in one place. I also really appreciate the gluten-free items in grocery, for pizza crust and ice cream cones. These make a difference for my family. The summer music series and other weekly events has been an awesome addition too.***Pro Tip: Day’s has one of the best views for sunsets on the back lawn over Long Pond. Go get ice cream and watch the magic!Does not affect my rating at all but I also really loved summer movie nights. Hoping those might come back some day.

I love this old, general store on the lake and come here frequently even though I live more than an hour away. My husband claims they have the best Whoopie Pies in Maine. Clothing, meat counter, deli, baked goods, sandwich counter, decorative items, wine and beer, pizza, ice cream, and the usual grocery items. A popular stop for boaters and drivers. Picnic tables with lake views. 4.5 stars

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Their fresh donuts in the morning remind me of every summer that I spent on belgrade when I was a kid. To this day, they have the best apple cider donuts in New England.

Been coming here for years on vacation. A very good general store. They have everything from hand made afghans to Brie. Their sandwichs are all awesome. Only issue is the cramped size of the store and they sometimes run out of various things due to the high volume of tourism. The prices are a bit high but you're paying for convenience. This is a must visit for the Belgrade Lakes region.

Great little store sells a myriad of items including hot food & fudge. Not cheap but a good value for what you spend. The parking is very limited but you can call ahead & get takeout so people are in & out pretty quick
