Great little pet store offering a wide range of products. Our dog has food allergies so we have to use a specific flavor of NutriSource dry dog food. No problem! They ordered it and gave us a call when it came in stock. They even offered to place it on a reoccurring order so they'd always have it available. Great service!Will become a return customer for sure!

Great local pet shop with tons of local products! The staff are also amazing.I have an elderly cat with food allergies and heart failure, and as such is a tricky guy to feed. I asked the staff here yesterday if they knew of any fish-free and legume-free foods and they were SO amazingly helpful. Right off the bat they were able to find 3 new foods my cat can tolerate with his sensitivity and restrictions.I so appreciate their care, as well as how knowledgeable they are! Loyal biscuit has a new loyal customer. Thank you for being awesome :)

Very Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve gone in with many questions as a new cat owner and they will look things up for me to find the right product. Their products are really good quality and with their loyalty program you get some good deals. Ask about their new pet owner care package, it’s amazing!

We visit Loyal Biscuit Company every time we are in the Camden Rockport area. It is a great store, with a wide range of products and super service. In fact, we planned ahead to buy our dog’s coat when we were in the area, just because we know this store has such a great selection and such great service. Highly recommend it.

With me being a college student going to the Store in Belfast I was amazed at this store. The prices of this store was to be expected but what shocked me was the brand I was looking for. The woman who helped me was not only nice but very skilled of the food she had in stock. Furthermore the dry food I get online is expensive but here i can get it on order for $4 less. that my friend is amazing and that is why for the time I'm here in Maine I will be going back. I don't remember who helped me but she was amazing and my dog loved her selection of wet food she recommend me. I'm will defiantly go back weekly.

Great store very helpful with making food choices for our dog. Nice selection of pet products. I highly recommend the west paw dog toys. Our Shepard destroys toys and he has not even left a tooth mark in the ones I have purchased 6 months ago

One of the best Pet Supply stores ever. They have a wide selection of wet/dry foods and treats. Most of the toys and accessories are high quality that you won't find in regular stores.

They will order what theu don't have.They have lots of toys, including locally made.Friendly. My buddy dog Wally and Kittah both got a lil flea thing going on. I went in, mask on, and I have never been so helped, and welcomed, and satisfied in the help I received anywhere! All three ladies that work there today (didn't get names sorry) went above and beyond helping me find what I needed for my buddy and meow. It was an absolute pleasure going in today! Let me start off by saying that I have always found the staff at the Loyal Biscuit in Belfast to be well-intentioned, despite my not always sharing their opinions. However, I was very disappointed on a recent trip into the store in which I heard them openly bad-mouthing a local veterinarian, one who happens to also frequently send business to LB. The staff are naturally entitled to their own individual opinions regarding veterinary care, but it is exceptionally unprofessional to tell customers that any local vet is “only trying to take their money” (the same could easily be said of you guys, LB) and especially to call out any of these veterinarians by name. The vets at this particular animal hospital are respected members of this community, and one of my favorite things about Belfast is that so many of the local business people are enormously supportive of one another. To hear the staff in Loyal Biscuit making these ridiculous accusations about someone who takes care of a significant portion of the LB customer base and is a prominent member of the community was disheartening, to say the least. Thankfully, the customer whom they were saying these things to did not appear to be taking any of it seriously. I certainly will not be giving any of my own business to the Belfast LB until they learn to act more professionally.
