Food was as good as could be expected. It's dairy queen, after all. I felt it was very expensive, more so than it was worth.Only two tables in the front of the restaurant. Not because there wasn't space, but because there was maintenance and construction in the other seating areas. The drink dispenser was out of order so the workers promised to fill our drinks behind the counter, this took an additional 10 minutes to complete the order. Many of us waited a long time for our food, then Longer for our drinks. The serving staff were polite, but seemed under prepared and under trained. They were serving drive through and seating areas at the same time, seemingly overwhelming them.The workers are clearly doing their best but are not well equipped and clearly management is too stingy to focus on one problem at a time. The fault lies with ownership, the company is far too greedy to adequately prepare and support their people. The food wasn't worth the wait, the price, the disrespect to the customer.

Nothing but issues here lately and if things don’t change I won’t be waisting money here anymore. Twice now drove the half hour back home to find they shorted two orders on two different occasions, then tonight made a small order, made the payment to be asked to pull off and wait for the food, to wait 20 minutes and then go inside to it sitting on the counter after saying they were bringing it out when it was done.

These guys were up against a wall! Several orders came in for dinner rush. Some were cool, others had issues and needed attention. The cashier who I assume was the lead guy on shift at the time apologized and corrected everything he could. He worked through it calmly, and handled it professionally. The food was decent for a DQ, we'll be back!

The staff at DQ are friendly, it's not the fastest place but food is good. Here is my tip for any blizzard you order, always ask for the size you want but in one size bigger cup. You have a much less messy dining experience. Example: medium blizzard in a large cup.Parking: There are not many spots and the drive through line usually blocks many of the spaces. If you park make sure you have time to wait while a space opens to leave.

Surpassed, perhaps, only by “Hot dog on a stick” in hiring almost exclusively women to work here, I’m happy to see at least a LGTBQ teen working here finally. I guess boys don’t need jobs. This hiring model probably spread from Jojo’s staff over at Bell the Cat. But I digress.I’m an effort to be as fast as they possibly can here , I can say that more often than not my food hasn’t finished cooking when it comes to me; finishing their burgers in the microwave so that they’re at least warm-Chicken strips still doughy with cold centers and the Texas toast that isn’t actually toasted at all. I’d rather wait the extra 40 seconds and get something edible.Shakes and ice cream: B+. Everything else. C-Also not open late enough, like everything else in Maine.

i came in with my brother last week around 10 minutes to close. we were aware of this and tried to be as quick as possible when ordering, etc. the employee at the counter, Sandii to be specific, was extremely unprofessional and rather arrogant when addressing while commenting on the lobby being closed 10 minutes ago..the door wasn’t locked and she still took our order. we would have left if we were addressed about it but it seems Sandii took the passive aggressive route.

Normally when I come here the workers are AMAZING!! Today I’m in town visiting some family I stop in for some lunch, the girl who took our order in the drive through had a wicked attitude, didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else just gave us our total and said “first window” we got to the window the guy who gave us our food had a bad attitude was rude, and they didn’t get one of our burgers right, nor did they give us everything we ordered!

You need to revamp your system. I ordered one small blizzard and no one was ahead of me in line. I waited at least 10 minutes watching them fill drive through order after drive thru order and the girl making blizzards with tattoos on her arms, I love tattoos btw, was out to freaking lunch. Totally spaced out. A snail literally could have moved faster. Activity was swirling around her and she was at a pace I couldn’t even comprehend. Kept rechecking the screen, like she was half asleep. Eventually slowly walked over and in a slow spaced out way said number 70? It was a freak show. $6 for a small soft serve with toppings mixed in and taking that long, no thanks. I wish some competition would come to Belfast.

It's fine ice cream, soft serve is soft serve, but the wait time is huge either in drive through or ordering inside. Ordered a dip cone and it took easily ten minutes to get...watched the cashier who took my order just clock out and bounce while I'm just waiting on that cone in a lobby with only two people in it.I know there is a queue system, but felt wild to be standing there waiting and see cats just abandon the front service area (with the most dour faced cashier).A fine place if there's no line, but otherwise maybe just skip the ice cream this trip.

My first visit today with my 87 year old mother. They were fast, professional but friendly, i was very impressed with the staff, as they were very busy, but still maintained their kindness & quickness with a smile. The sundaes were delicious, and delivered to our table. I can't say enough good about my first visit to the Dairy Queen. Keep up the great work!! 💕

My son and I stopped at the Belfast, Maine, DQ for lunch on our drive from Woolwich to Orrington. The drive-thru was packed, so we parked and I went inside to order. My son wanted a chicken tenders box and I ordered a small blizzard.The wait was moderate and the service was mediocre, but the food was good.
