I have been coming to this circle k for a few years now, usually in the morning for a small coffee. I will drive the extra few miles to come to this circle k instead of going to the one on Belmont Ave simply because I love the people that work here. The coffee is more then decent and cheap. The store has every provision you might need for your travels. Good gas. This place can get mobbed quick depending on time of day because of its location.

Guilliana has to go! First have to wait 10 minutes while she’s in the bathroom on her phone, then slowly shuffles back to the register still texting on her phone while we all wait in line. Refused to look for a product someone wanted that was clearly on the shelf behind her, like we could all see it, but she said no it’s out of stock even though the woman was pointing to 10+ packages right there next to her in the tobacco products. She wouldn’t even look at what the customer was showing her. Cmon Circle K life is too short. And she’s wasting everyone’s time and costing you money. If she’s there again I’m finding a new local store. Never thought we would get to a point where the person working at a register would just say something is out of stock when it’s visible to everyone standing there. And people wonder why there’s all this mass shootings and violence. That woman should be no where near customers after what I just saw. I had hoped this store was going to be decent again after all the shady stuff over past year. Such bs. I’m sick of it

Avoid at all costs!! Unless you like getting treated like garbage for paying with cash. Also refused to sell alcohol when had my child with me on my way home from work. I’m 50! My kid is young. Employees suggesting people leave their kids in a hot car is a bad idea. There’s also often shady people hanging around outside that are friends with the workers and seems like gang members or they’re up to something not on the up and up anyway. Used to be a nice store. Even if you bring your own bag they won’t help you pack it. Make you cut your arm over and over on ridiculously long plexiglass. It’s become a really bad place unfortunately.

I’ve been going to this store for FIVE years, I get to know all the workers as they get hired and leave, I’ve NEVER had a problem with ANYONES attitude or any sort of issue they have always been kind to me. Until tonight. I was at the gas pumps with a friend and we had just come out after buying some drinks and snacks and we decided we wanted to take a picture of the cars together under the lighting(mind you this is at 11:30pm and no one was there). We were doing this for almost 5 minutes and one of the managers comes out (Najee, aka Oliver) and asks if we are okay I said yeah just taking a quick picture of the cars then we will be out of your hair, and my friend said sorry I didn’t realize we couldn’t take pictures of our cars here and he says “well there is a no loitering policy so no you can’t and I’ve seen you look at the store multiple times while sitting out here and I hope you know I can zoom in on the cameras and I can see if your hand is down your pants” like it was so uncomfortable and we weren’t doing anything wrong at all! If he is working and I walk in I’ll definitely walk out and spend my money else where. SO DISAPPOINTED! For the other employees I’m SO SORRY you have to work under him!

The employees have no part of this review. Always friendly, always helpful. However, with the discontinue of what makes this place even worth the location being Irving gas and a coffee club location...have now discontinued the coffee club. Corporate greed canceling thr best thing that came of their fresh coffee in the morning. The thing that made them the most sales, I'd assume is now gone. Super disappointed with this decision by corporate bigwigs getting greedy for a subpar subscription service instead. Also worth noting, is the corporate decision to uphold a mask mandate for this location with signs everywhere being 'required' yet nobody is wearing them inside? Have seen numerous people during the strict mandate walk in with no mask, and say Forgot my mask, and then get told they don't care by an employee as well. Corporate decisions are destroying this location and it shows.

I love the people who work here. Every single person is a delight. Patty who reminds me to take my ice. Nicki with the beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous kids. Amy who remembers my birthday, Guillermo who is such a sweetie. Callie always knows what I want. There were others before these who were also wonderful. Congratulations to whomever does your hiring. I almost forgot Ashley who is always ready with my brand.

Excellant always clean and best prices for gas with my Irving rewards card! Too bad the snack food prices ( iced buns) have become so expensive 😕

The employees are always so helpful, patient and friendly. Especially the overnight girl. This is definitely my favorite circle k ever. And for a convenience store there prices are betond reasonable.

Be prepared to stand around waiting for 15min, even if you're the only person in the store. Terrible service there. Consistently.
