Only 27 years old, but I’ve been going here for years and years! Even compared to big chains this place is great.I highly recommend it as a pharmacy, and a store. Come by for personalized medical care or souvenirs! Lots of interesting old time medical memorabilia and cute “Maine” clothing.Sometimes they are very busy (it’s a local pharmacy with lots of locals). But even with a line out the door and a difficult doctor, they have been nothing but accommodating. Call ahead and they do whatever they can.10/10 wouldn’t even want to go anywhere else

I've never been compelled to write a glowing review of a pharmacy until today. I will never go to a chain pharmacy again! I was programmed to think that waiting in a line for 40 minutes or calling and staying on hold for eternity was the norm. Wilson's is a modern pharmacy but also old fashioned in the best possible way. Their customer service is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They have everything you need, and when you call them, you speak immediately with a human being. Imagine!

WowI spoke with a pharmacist this morning and inquired about pricing on a particular prescription for my dog. I have not received service like this from a pharmacy EVER. Absolutely amazing. Not only was I able to save close to $30 on one prescription but the pharmacist called Target to have the prescription transferred over. The customer service is stellar. Thank goodness for old school values in this crazy world we live in. I'm grateful.

Can always reach an actual person when I call! That alone would make it 1000x better than most pharmacies these days, but also they’re friendly, efficient, professional, and have excellent customer service. Very very happy with Wilson’s Pharmacy

There are not many pharmacies like Wilson's Drug Store. Wilson's is a "home town" pharmacy. The pharmacists are not only professional, friendly and helpful but they treat everyone with with an "individual" personalized & comfortable experience each time you are in the store. The staff that work at Wilson's are friendly, polite & helpful. It's definitely on a first-name basis. While waiting for your prescriptions; which are generally filled extremely fast, Wilson's also has a unique shop to browse or pick up that one of a kind "Maine" Swearshirts, teeshirts, postcards & magnets. There are some interesting books on The State of Maine and of The local surrounding areas also! (Great prices!) There is an assortment of greeting cards, candy, Newspapers and seasonal items to name a few.( I have found several unique Christmas gifts or gifts for loved ones and friends that live out of state!)
