You will receive notification that something is ready, go to pick it up and they have no idea what you are talking about. Always told they are short staffed but there will be 4 people behind there, 2 chatting and the other two running around filling pill bottles. Even if you are buying a greeting card you have to wait and wait for someone to come cash you out. Just waited on hold over an hour, called back to speak to the manager who said, yup that is about right....sorry, nothing I can do.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent. If you have your doctor call in a script, when you show up they'll say they have no record of it. If this was a one-off, ok...but this has happened to me twice now. Then you call your Doc and hand them the phone and they take the script...tell you to wait 15 minutes...I'm literally sitting in the waiting area...I go back to the counter and they forgot to do it with me sitting right in front of them! Do NOT use them unless you have no value on your time.

I am ending my many years as a customer. They are never open. Closed on weekends and I have gone days without my medication because of them. The woman I spoke to yesterday was INCREDIBLY rude. She wouldn’t listen to me and spoke to me in a very insulting way and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I don’t really do reviews but I’ve had it with this pharmacy. My doctor sent my medication in three days ago and it’s still not ready and now they are closed for the weekend apparently. They have been doing this to me for MONTHS and many others. Do not fill your scripts here. RUN far far away.

The pharmacy seems to be actively trying to shed customers. They are commonly not open even 5 days a week. I had several prescriptions they did not fill because they could not figure out how to charge co-insurance. They claim to be out of stock for two weeks of drugs other pharmacies have.

They don't ever answer the phone, and when they do, they're rude. Their pharmacists quit all the time apparently. They close randomly without notice. They rarely have medication in stock, so they charge twice when they give a partial. When we go into the pharmacy, we find that they have either put the medication back on the shelf after TWO days, or they say they don't have it after they said it was there. Also, when they're questioned about anything, they lash back. Very unprofessional, rude, and they're messing with people's mental and physical health, along with their lives, because when we were there the other day, we met a woman that had been waiting a week for her insulin. We are switching to CVS pharmacy.

I don't usually post reviews but the poor service I received tonight was inexcusable. Last Friday my doctor called in a prescription for my husband. Monday morning he received a text saying it was delayed due to insurance issues. So, Tuesday evening I stopped to check on the problem and was told they couldn't fill it because they were out of stock but were getting a delivery on Thursday and could order it. I asked if it would be ready when I get out of work at 4 and was told it would be. Today I didnt get out of work until 4:50 but decided to call to make sure it was ready because of previous mishaps with this pharmacy.I was on hold for 16 minutes and decided to just head that way anyway. It is about a 15 minute drive from my work to the pharmacy. I stayed on the phone, pulled up to the drive-thru window to be told it would be over an hour before it would be ready. I reiterated everything I previously wrote and the fact I was still on hold and there was no one talking on the phone. I was told there wasn't anything they could do because they are short staffed. There were 3 people, the same I've always seen and only one other customer at the window inside .To be told to wait or come back over an hour later is unacceptable. I drove all the way home still on hold and arrived at 5:45. My husband called and got straight through to be told it would be ready at 6:30. At 6 , he received an automated phone call telling him it was ready. I was always told to take care of the customer in front of you. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but I would love to save another from these bad business practices. I called in a prescription on Friday, I went and checked the website they said it would be ready and they were open. I drive to the store and they aren’t just closed on Saturday but also Sunday. I am out of my meds so I call multiple Walgreens to see if I can fill then to only be told no. Last month after an unpleasant experience I tried to switch to the local pharmacy in town but Walgreens never will release the scripts to be transferred. It’s like I am handcuffed to these terrible practices. I get times are tough but as a business owner myself I do everything in my power to ensure people know our hours. Please if you need a reliable pharmacy DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to Wilson’s, soon as I can I get into my doctor I am transferring my scripts.

They never have my prescription ready with the correct amount. Their always giving me partials fills with a now super common medication and telling me to come back in tomorrow AGAIN. For 3 months now and several times before this this has happened. Sick and tired of this. Get your orders in line. I know several people who come to this pharmacy to receive the same medication and it's the same with them. It's a grocery store but for medication so it shouldnt be hard to have an abundance. 3 years now

Pharmacy is a joke. Can't keep help and the customers suffer for it. Got a new prescription filled and when I went to pick it up they said they were closed and wouldn't help me (an hour earlier than their posted hours said) but said they would be open the next day at 9. Show up and there's a sign saying they were closed the entire day and the weekend, so whoever the empire was who said that was a liar and now I can't get my prescription until Monday. Don't use Walgreens if you want to actually get your prescription

I used to do DoorDash here and I put a stop to it because the Internet inside the store is shockingly slow it takes me 5 to 10 minutes or more just to be able to scan an item and when it comes to check out, there’s all these errors in the process and then I have to call DoorDash to get it resolved and with the shockingly slow Internet, things being out of stock and all of the glitches when checking out, I am no longer going to waste my time for that little bit of money and is the reason I put a stop to doing DoorDash orders here.

12/31 was closed as of 12:57 when other drugstores were open. Really needed to exchange something today so I was disappointed. Also, I can count the number of items I have search for in any Walgreens store in 40 years and several states. My count: 2. Only 2.

The person waiting on customers did not have a mask on. This is a place where many people with health issues come to get their prescriptions and medical supplies. This is also mandatory requirement in the state for people working in these positions that are exposed to public continually. Not acceptable! Also, sign states it is mandatory to wear when entering store and that was not being enforced. I will change my pharmacy!

I go to Walgreens all the time love it. Very polite people work there and that always makes your day better. I went in one day and a woman helped me with some photos about five days later I went back and that woman remember my name and that is 💯 percent customer service.

Useless. I got a rapid Covid test done here on Saturday 2nd; I never received any results. When I called Walgreens they did not have me in the system!! Then they put me on hold and never got back to me. Doesn’t install any faith in their staff or system what so ever. Go elsewhere if you can.

So we all have to wear a mask to shop at this location but the staff doesn't have to? Not sure her name but its Tuesday 5/26 930pm and she's on the only register open. I won't be back. If I get told to wear a mask upon entering, I expect the staff to follow the same rules.
