Great pricing, both times I have been there the staff was friendly with great service. The lobsters are fresh and very lively. We got some of The Atlantic Salmon and Haddock very fresh and cooked up delicious. I will be visiting them again very soon!

Stopped by to pack up some Lobsters in the cooler to take back to PA and they were extremely pleasant and helpful! Even met the sweetest puppy ever there :) We will absolutely stop back here on our next trip to Maine!

Picked up an awesome 1 pound cod 1 fillet the other day and was totally impressed, fillets were huge! friendly woman behind the counter carved off the best looking 1 pound loin off a much larger fillet. I appreciated that she gave me the best portion she had in stock. They have a great selection of pre-made offerings as well. Cant go wrong here A+!

I came in the front door and nobody was at the counter. I waited for a few minutes. The asked if anyone was in the back. Waited for a while longer then went in the back and nobody was there. So I got on my phone and called but no answer. So I finally just left. I could have walked out of there with all the lobsters and fish I came for if I was that kind of person.

Plants is the best place to buy seafood in the area. It is always super fresh and there is a great variety. Prices are far better than the supermarkets and their staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the unpretentious feel and limited selection. I only focus on what's on ice in the counter and have never been let down. Go often because selections can sell out fast. If you've never baked fresh arctic char you're missing out!

this is the place for freshest fish in Bath! i got some beautiful scallops, a piece of fresh tuna and some crabcakes. i made a sashimi salad knowing that the fish was so fresh!

I have stopped in every couple of months, always thinking this time will be a pleasant experience-but it never is. The people working there are not friendly or helpful. I always leave there feeling like I have bothered them by asking for service. I have heard the same from other customers-guess they don't need the business. Now I go in the other direction.

Small and friendly this last remaining seafood market in bath has the basics you might want. Live lobsters, if you type the fish, and I believe some pixel lobster meat. There's also a farm stand outside selling basic items such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and so on.

This is the best seafood market in midcoast Maine. They only sell scallops, fish, oysters, and lobsters that are incredibly fresh. The quality of the seafood is consistently top notch. I make a lot of dishes were I'm using raw fish and shellfish - crudo, ceviche, sashimi - and count on Plants to have great stuff. Their selection isn't is varied or expansive as some other markets but I'll gladly trade quality for quantity.One owner of an excellent area restaurant confided that she has steered away from Harbor Fish in Portland in favor of Plants because of the consistency in the quality of what they sell. That's a pretty strong endorsement.Plants does carry frozen Northern Shrimp from Canada. If you're missing Maine shrimp this winter, this is the best substitute available.

I waited until no customers were in the shop. I was masked. When I went in neither of the staff was masked and I was told very rudely when I asked politely why that 'we don't need to.' I have been a customer for over 40 years. I will never buy from them again.
