We love shopping here every Sunday before hitting the dog park! They order our bulk frozen raw on repeat so it’s always ready for us when we need it, and have very healthy food options for both dog and cat. Super cute collars/toys and a reward system that’s better than the store we used in Portland when we lived south.

We hadn’t been @ Loyal Biscuit in a few months, and my husband and I stopped in to buy our Nola a new collar and some treats. When we went to the register to pay, the cashier had already brought up our account information to make sure we were rewarded for our purchase. She remembered us as customers…now that’s what we call exceptional customer service!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. My dog unfortunately marked on some merchandise, which I understand is his fault. However, the way the store employees dealt with the situation was absolutely unacceptable. They demanded we pay for the merchandise stating, "You're going to have to pay for these!". Did not offer any discount. I would have been happy to pay for the items at cost so the business did not lose any money. However being forced to pay full price for items I did not need at $72 is a lot of money for me. If your policy is to allow pets in and force customers into paying for items if a dog has an accident. Then. You need to display merchandise at a level dogs can't pee on. I was there to purchase my dog a coat due to the 12 degree temperatures outside and was unable to afford it. So now my dog has to go without a coat. I understand my dog marked, but I also have worked with dogs my whole life and this is something that just happens sometimes. I will never give Wags & Whiskers another dime.

Wags and Whiskers is an AMAZING shop for all your pets needs! The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have even done special orders for supplies for me. It’s got all the big pet shop supplies with a loving and caring close to home feel. If I didn’t live so far away I’d continue to shop there! ❤️

The employees and managers are always friendly, helpful, and want to have a conversation about pets. They care about the products they put on their shelves to ensure pet safety and health is first priority. We buy everything for our two dogs and three cats at Wags. Regan and her crew have always been welcoming and helpful. I love having a local pet food store that knows and welcomes us and knows and welcomes our 4-legged kids, too. They help with giving the bigger dog baths, and always have a recommendation for a treat or two!

This is the best place. The staff and owners are super friendly and they can order you any supplies you need. I love that my dogs are always welcome here and that it’s a local place. I drive almost an hour (since moving away) to get dog food because I love this place so much. They have a really excellent collection of food, toys and fun chews for my dogs. Such a nice family oriented business. I don’t shop anywhere else for pet supplies.

I love Wags & Whiskers and so does my dog! My dog needs vegan dog food and they order it special for me. They have a great variety of toys, treats, food - you name it - all high-quality products. Well mannered pets are welcome there and my dog loved it when she visited the last two times. What I like best is the prices on the organic food is reasonable. I would highly recommend this store!

I have plenty of places I could buy pet supplies but I visit Loyal Biscuit weekly because of the personalized service they provide. All of the staff know us by name and are always available to answer questions. The space is limited so the selection is less than the bigger chains but the products they carry are great.

I can’t say enough good things about Wags & Whiskers. When we lost our dog to bone cancer last fall, I was in and out of the store to pick up new toys and snacks to make his last few weeks the best yet and was always greeted with an open heart. I just recently adopted a very shy dog and Regan has been so supportive - be it a listening ear or much needed advice. I was able to finally bring my dog in for the first time the other day and we were warmly welcomed by Jerry & Murphy who were so excited to meet a new friend. I will never shop for pet supplies anywhere else and find myself coming up with excuses to go in for visits any chance I get.

Wags & Whiskers has been a huge hit since opening its doors. Bath is a wonderful little city full of locally owned and operated businesses that pride themselves on listening to their clientele; Wags and Whiskers does this day in and day out. I can’t walk by the store without being dragged in by my dog who loves to go in and harass Regan. If you haven’t been in yet, give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful store and Regan always has great info on healthy eating for your animals! Our dog passed a couple of months ago but we loved going to Wags and whiskers for all his needs. I only pick up food for my “grandpuppy” when we get to keep her. Regan remembers what food we need every time!!! Awesome place!

My cat ("Felix the Cat") destroyed a toy she had recently begun playing with (it laid dormant in the toy basket for a decade)... I prefer to spend my money in Bath, so I went to Loyal Biscuit Co... I was greeted by the owners, and I said I was in need of a very specific cat toy... they asked me to describe it, and I replied that it was a wand, connected to a string, connected to some feathers... Simultaneously, they said, "you want 'Da Bird' "... They took me to the display, and there was the magical toy!!! It was nicer than the free one Felix had destroyed, and was WAY more fun (for Felix, her mother and myself)... A very nice pet store run by two very nice, knowledgeable humans...

Surprisingly well stocked pet supply boutique in the heart of downtown Bath. Prices are competitive and better in many cases than the big box pet stores. I buy all of my dog food here. Helpful and courteous staff!

Such a fun store! Lots of different toys/treats/goodies available, knowledgable, friendly staff. Love going here and knowing they only carry quality food/treats, as box stores carry some less than satisfactory food. Love the furry staff too, especially Murphy who greets me every time with his smile. Highly recommend

I've bought food and treats/toys from W&W and have always found their prices very competitive and their service second to none. I actually like that their staff/owner doesn't follow you around the store. I like to browse undisturbed and I know if I need help, all I need to do is ask for it. And I like the dogs and kitty that are there. Who in their right mind would go into a PET store and complain about the being actual pets in there? The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they have a somewhat limited selection but I know that's probably a "space" issue. I'm sure that if I asked politely they would offer to order something or tell me another source.

For years I was a stingy pet food owner, buying at grocery stores or wherever there was a sale. A friend suggested I try W&W a few years ago and I have never looked back. Regan, Sarah, and their staff go out of their way to find coupons for my dog food, and will order anything we need. The selection is vast, varied (duck heads! Unicorn collars!) and excellent quality.Love this store and the people who run it. #smallbusiness

One of this area's best shop and without question the best & most pet friendly. Ownership goes out of their way to ensure they have what pet owners need, stocked on their shelves. In 2011, when my Maddie developed a serious allergy to the junk that Purina was passing off a "healthy" dog food, I went to Wags & Whiskers with some food suggestions from my vet. 3 of the top 4 were on the shelf. Regan spoke highly of the Candidae line of product(that was #1 on the vets list too!) so I went with it and within 3 feedings Maddie's skin began clear up, never to break out again. Most every pet question I've gone in with has been answered immediately and the ones they couldn't be were answered within a day.If you've a pet owner & have never stopped in, please do. You won't be disappointed.

After nine months of attempting to support a small business, I am tired of the scornful customer service when I purchase dog food. From the minute I walk in, transact and leave, I am met with a pervasive attitude of indifference and arrogance. Unfortunately, this stems from one employee or owner at the store. The reason for supporting small businesses is for better client service and appreciation. This does not occur and Wags and Whiskers. Misery enjoys company and that is why I made my choice to go else where.

I have 2 very fussy dogs. Regan helped me find the right food for them. She even went so far as to give me free samples before buying, to make sure they would eat it. She has always been very pleasant and friendly to us when we stop in. Highly recommend this store
