Owner was fast, able to multitask and prioritize my shorter visit! As well as friendly and professional for my puppy and dog. I appreciated how she changed her strategy to keep my dogs comfortable (one hates noises and the puppy had never had her nails trimmed).Also inexpensive! Perfect experience all around.

They were the only groomer to take my dogs. I've been there twice before when we visit. i called them the last time we were there and they remembered my boys and were more than happy to take them. Maybe I had customer status, I'd like to think so. Good place to go, they are great.

I have taken my dogs for grooming at Dawgtopia two or three times in the past four years. Visits are prompted because of icky messes (yes, sometimes sticky messes).The front office staff is wonderful! My latest visited was a last minute request and they graciously worked me in very quickly.The client is an elderly, female shepherd mix. I expected to wait for a couple of hours until the groomers had the time to wash and dry the thick coat. To my surprise, I got a call after 30 minutes, they said that it was okay for me to pick up the old girl. What is most most remarkable is that they saw how painful her dysplasia is. The staff told me they felt it was better to get her done right away. Very, very compassionate.Both our dogs are rescues. The second dog is terrified and protective around strangers; not an easy personality for groomers. And yet, the Dawgtopia staff (pre-warned) worked patiently and there were no incidents.Thank you DAWGTOPIA! We'll be back!

💜🧚🏿‍♂️💜. Was sitting in waiting room nervous wreck as my grand-dog just went out back to have nails trimmed. It is traumatic for him whenever we have even tried. I was So worried. NO WORRIES! THESE FOLKS ROCK!!! What seemed like an hour was not even 7-10 minutes and he was done!!! I couldn’t afford to have paid them what it was worth to us!! So I tipped them more than double the SMALL fee for trimming! THANK YOU!! Kentucky Derby thanks you! Now we know they never have to get that long again!

Brought my dog here multiple times and they almost always cut his nails WAY to short. To point it bled bad and we even heard him yelp. When they came out with him they didn't even say a word to us about it. If you care about your dogs safety I recommend staying far away from here.

I have seen too many dog that got cut up by these people. They don't take their time and they hurt the dogs because of it. Unfortunately too many of the parents don't write a review so hopefully this speaks for them. Do NOT bring your dogs here. Please! This place will scar them.
