This is by far the worst pharmacy in the state of Maine. They are disorganized they are poor with planning and are slow cashiers. They currently have 13 people waiting along with 7 pharmacy calls waiting. They are horrible with customer service and even worse with their abilities to deliver decent service. They have lost my son’s medication now twice and I’m standing here in the line of 13 people watching them just horribly handle this. I am astonished they have hired such incompetent people.EDIT: I am still going to this pharmacy they attempted to hire a friend of mine and the hiring process is absurd. They cannot even hire people without it being disorganized. The manager here is uniquely incompetent.

I have been with this pharmacy for 40 years. In the last 6 months they have been failing hard! They have a very rude cashier!!! Their waiting time is an hour constantly. They do not keep up with ordering and having on hand necessary prescriptions. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Employees follow you around thinking you’re going to steal and the Manager with long dark hair and bangs is extremely unfriendly. She obviously hates people and should find another job. I shop at Walgreens now.

Pharmacy is completely useless and rude . Don’t go there . They never have enough staff . They never have my sons prescriptions without it taking five plus days . When you call expect at least half an hour than when they pick up they are completely rude and act like you’re bothering them .They say half hour it will be ready takes two plus days . Go elsewhere if your life depends on medication. They will let you die !

Stopped by in 2020 while on vacation nearby to pick up an inhaler and omeprazole. I have never gone back. Had no problems with the pharmacist, she was nice and had my inhaler ready in abojt 15 minutes, but while I was waiting on the inhaler the cashier up front was extremely rude when ringing up my omeprazole.I gave her my number for CVS care card and she immediately demanded to see my ID - no other location has ever asked this of me before so I was confused. Then she demanded I list the name on the account, which I did, and she claimed it was wrong. I pointed out that multiple people in my family have separate accounts with the same home phone number and listed other possible names that could’ve come up, but she spoke over me to claim all of those were wrong too. When I asked if she had entered the phone number correctly, as my area code is out of state, she once again very rudely spoke over me to say she did and refused to read it back to me. At that point I was frustrated and just wanted to walk out, but still needed my inhaler and the medication, so I told her to just forget it and let me pay for my omeprazole. The extrabucks weren’t worth the trouble. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to sign up for a CVS care card! After making a big stink about not letting me use the account I already have!I understand 2020 was stressful and they are understaffed, but I was the only customer in the store and things were slow. Even tried to work with her to solve the problem and she not only refused to hear me out but wouldn’t even give me a reason for any of this. I have never been so disrespected by the staff at any establishment in my life, and I refuse to go back there. Now I just go to the Walgreens instead.

The worst CVS ever. The staff is inept, slow, and (can I say? )not very smart. They are like a bunch of elementary school kids thrown into a situation with no training, manners or common sense.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I once told a tech there that she should be getting a call from my dr any second because we had an issue getting a medication that I needed. She told me I’m not answering phone calls so it wouldn’t matter if he called…I have also been receiving false texts saying my prescription is ready. We eating in the 40 minute line today just for none of my meds to be in the system. F that place. I’d rather go back to Walmart

Waited 2 hours for a STAT medication. Was told pharmacist was doing a covid vaccine and I needed to wait… for two hours. Lady at the window was very rude and slammed the window door when I rang the bell after waiting for two hours and asked for an update!!!!!!!Keep in mind, this was after I got out of work at a 12 hour over night in the ICU! Very annoyed.

No matter how short staffed this kevel of unprofessionalism is uncalled for! I should not have to open 1-2 hours in my day to pick up meds and then find out their text saying it was ready was not true. An average 30min wait on phone on and an average 1 hour wait in person just to get a question answered. It is not short staff, it is complete and total incompetence!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Slow, understaffed, says prescriptions are filled when they aren't, ignores customers and won't answer the phone. They're preoccupied with covid and flu shots and have no time for prescriptions.I had my prescription "filled" 4 days before a vacation and it wasn't ready the day before. I live out of town now and I expected to get there and be handed my prescription. I was told 2 hour wait for a refill. I waited 1.5 hours in line to get my prescription. Do not go to this pharmacy. Switching as soon as I can.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the greater sagadahoc county area. Persistently waits to fill prescriptions until a patient will come in expecting them to be ready. DOES NOT answer the phone. please don’t use this pharmacy, they don’t care about the people that they supply.

CVS used to be amazing. They were on top of everything. We would get a call that our RX was filled before we even called it in. If there was an issue with our RX they would call the doctor's offices for us or even help locate another pharmacy to fill our meds if they didn't have them in stock. They have been my pharmacy for at least 25 years. I gave them some slack because of the pandemic, but it really just keeps getting worse. They don't answer the phone and they aren't filling prescriptions. My husband went to pick up his meds the day after his doc called them in, they weren't filled. He was told to come back tomorrow. When he came back the next day, they still had not filled it. This is not the first time this has happened. In the last few months. Did this location get purchased by another company or another management team? Something has happened that has brought the efficiency and friendliness to a major low. I hope they get things straightened out soon. I really don't want to switch pharmacies.

The staff here is completely exploited overworked and understaffed. CVS HQ needs to fix this. Script wait times are endless 6 hours to fill an inhaler refill. Literally only one person

Terrible staff (condescending pharmacist woman). Average time at Drive Through is still 45 mins. People with complex issues or questions needs to be instructed to go inside!! (The whole idea behind drive throughs is for quick pick ups. Put up signage about this.) Covid testing, at this point, should be via docs offices, walk in clinics, and the hospital. ENOUGH!! We need CVS focusing on prescription processing again!

Understaffed dump with exploited workers. Most retail stores have a trash can as you leave the door. CVS has none and the parking area shows it.They have two self checkouts that never work and never have any bags and one cashier who is usually busy stocking shelves or cashing people out. The self checkouts fail so often they should have a dedicated cashier but instead customers just wait longer so CVS can save more profit.

Truly horrible service. Absolutely NEVER have your meds ready, even when called by their automated system. Messed up my meds at least 4 times, leaving me without for days or weeks at a time.They do not answer the phone, they will not call your doctor/insurance to get meds refilled.Line for the drivethrough is 1hr+. Inside line is 15-30 mins. And then when you get to the counter they have no idea why your meds aren't filled.DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else. Especially if you have meds you need on a schedule. Would give negative stars if possible, should be criminal to have healthcare services this bad.

Driving to Maine for a little R and R when I realized I had forgotten all my meds.Being a longtime CVS user, I called CVS in Bath asking if they would be able to provide a 4 day supply of my essential meds. When I got to Bath an hour later they were ready. I had forgotten one particular drug and they were able to supply that within 10 minutes. This staff went above and beyond their call of duty and I’m so very appreciative. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Workers were instructed to ignore people at the drive thru. 15 minutes at the window for a pick up with a screaming newborn and would not even acknowledge my existence. That's an instruction, not how people act. Feel bad for the workers here.

My husband and I scheduled flu shot appointments and we were sent text messages instructing us to check in at the “drop off” pharmacy counter. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment time, there was a line half way through the store, all waiting to check in for flu shots. In the 20 minutes we stood there, the line did not move. Why schedule an appointment, if CVS does not honor appointment times? We left and went to Walgreens!

My doctor sent over a prescription midday on Monday. It was still not ready by late afternoon on Wednesday, and based on no phone calls yet on Thursday morning, apparently still is not. This is completely inexcusable, and I will be getting prescriptions from Walgreens from now on. That means the CVS store has also lost all of my non-prescription business; I will be shopping at Walgreens while picking up prescriptions. Had hoped CVS pharmacy service would improve when they expanded into their new location; instead they have gotten, unimaginably, far worse.

Big store with more selection than many, clean and organized. One of the few pharmacies that has a drive through.The drive through is very nice and can be a time saver, but beware right now they’re having covid tests and allowing people to take the test and drop off the results while staying in line so often times your wait for an hour in line just to get your medications - this is why I give 3 stars instead of 5.

Waited in the drive through line at the window for over thirty minutes while watching them help customers arriving far after I was in line. After pressing the call button repeatedly and being ignored I finally left. Just bad business practice.

Don't expect anyone to answer the phone when you call(25 minutes on hold) or anything to be filled in a timely manner. My doctor called in a refill at 4pm on a Tuesday(open until 9) and at noon the next day it still hadn't been filled.

I believe that every single employee at this location is giving all they’ve got! Between exchanges with five different ladies, I also had the opportunity to observe. The overall care here included friendly smiles, willingness to help answer medication questions, help with finding specific items and the list goes on! Thank you for being such light in my dark world! You are appreciated more than you know!!! Hugs to you all!!

My wife has been waiting at the drive thru for 45 min. At the window being ignored. A kid comes to the window tells her how much, and all she said was this should be free, he closes the window and refuses to wait on her. Heads need to roll in that place.

The workload that has been put on the pharmacy has been immense over the last two years and yet every time I go in to pick up a prescription, everyone is so nice. I’ve been going to this cvs for years and the pandemic has been rough on everyone. I really appreciate the pharmacy staff.

I come in this store a few times daily and im starting to notice this foul odor in front of the store. Well while i was walking behind the the female staff Courtney i noticed the odor is coming from her. It literally made me sick to the point where i had to put my shirt over my face and leave. Please fix this so i can come back to my favorite drug store.

CVS itself seems to be alright, but the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare and never has my prescriptions, even AFTER sending notifications saying they are ready for pickup. Walgreens is much quicker IMO
