I went here for lunch while visiting Bar Harbor. One of the bags of chips was damaged, but the employees were very helpful. The fruit in the fruit cups was fresh and the cookies were delicious.

a great place to go if you are looking for something to drink or something to eat! they have coffee and all of there food is made fresh daily in the kitchen. all the pastries are homemade as well. i talked with the owner for a bit and he has a ton of tips and trick for going out into the park. it also has a gas station if you are looking to drive around and about the shore. overall great place and would recommend!

Must stop if you come through here!! First of all the guy behind the counter, cannot remember his name, but a veteran and his family owns it. Beyond friendly, beyond helpful! His family bakes all these great desserts!! We bought cookies and two different moon pies. They were all amazing and we had different ones each night for our treat!!We wanted a pizza, he called in his guy and made us a fresh pizza! 20 mins but so worth the wait. I love pizza and this was definitely worth waiting for it fresh! Tons of local beer selection and again the guy behind the counter was able to describe almost all of them! The only downside was we didn't want to blow our food vacation budget all here, but we easily could have.Cannot stress enough, this is a must stop for those freshly made sweets!!

Very friendly people working this place, and the food is absolutely delicious, especially with this consideration that this is a small general store. I got a fresh grilled cheese and some mozzarella sticks as well as some of the whoopie pies on the counter. All of them were spectacular. Stopped by again in the morning to get a danish and some of the little donuts being sold in front of the store, and those were just as good. Do be sure to stop by here if you want a good lunch or snack.

After a 13 hr drive, I just wanted to avoid cooking and grab some local snacks. The customer service, pre-made food, AMAZING fresh pizza, whoopie pies and lemon blueberry cookies were TO DIE for. Extremely affordable for a family in a budget (I was worried at first).The gentleman who waited on us was beyond kind, knowledgeable on local beers, and just friendly as he offered to make any and all recommendations for anything we asked. We will make it a point to return a few times before we leave simply because of the service Nd sneak in a few more desserts.

We are so happy we found this place on the first day in Bar Harbor! Breakfast sandwiches were DELICIOUS (and inexpensive)…we went every morning even after watching the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain! Everything we had was great- we heard the pizza & brisket is a must have! We will be back!

A simple convenience store from the outside, but inside many great baked goods, prepared meals, drinks, coffee, etc. visited this gem daily during our stay! Wonderful homemade blueberry pie!

How often would you review a General store for food?!? Not often! But wow! We stopped by for some fuel after a hike but we were given a sample of the brisket by the owner I believe. Wow. Some of the best I’ve ever tried. We talked for a bit and came back twice to grab breakfast sandwiches and some great baked goods!

Delicious breakfast sandwiches, hot and ready to go! The sausage egg and cheese on a croissant was delicious. Lunch sandwiches & salads available. The check out lady greeted me with a warm smile. Gas prices were low compared to others in the area. If we return to Acadia, we will visit Hull’s General Store again!

Great little spot to pic up some food before going into the park. They lady at the register was sweet and pretty helpful. I'd read so many reviews about amazing and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I hate to be disagreeable but I did not enjoy my egg and sausage muffin. They sausage was pretty tasty. The egg ok. The english muffin was very dry and I honestly could barely eat it for lack of flavor. The oatmeal raisin cookie on the other hand was fantastic!

I am from NY, and this place had pizza better than home, baked goods better than Carvel, and it's family owned. You need to stop by for something, literally anything, just to try their pizza and pies.

Anyone visiting the Bar Harbor area owes to themselves a stop at Hulls Cove General Store (and Deli!). Friendly folks - “Mainers” through and through. Outstanding assortment of quality foods and tasty snacks, priced fairly. We stocked up for our stay at one of BH’s remotely (wonderfully!) located lodges. Also a gas station (Shell) in an area with scant sources for fuel.

Great experience at the store. Prices very reasonable and everything tasted great and was very fresh. The blueberry lemon cookie was outstanding ... yummmmm! Definitely would return again if the opportunity arises.

The food is delicious. We have egg and bacon croissants, muffins, pastries, pumpkin cookie, lemon blueberry cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and pork BBQ. These people got it down and their food is good! We paid for a food package for breakfast every morning at our hotel but his breakfast is much better.

10/10! We have had breakfast here every morning- breakfast sandwiches, burritos, muffins- all delicious. We came back for a lunch sandwich and a dessert and are headed back now for breakfast. Great food, great price, great hospitality!

Closed on a Saturday morning August 26 at 9 am. Sign said opened on Saturdays. The sign on the front door and there was a yellow chain going across the top of the steps.

Just passing through after a long hike on the way to play some mini golf. Needed some hydration but got so much more. There was a man working behind the counter who chatted me up, found out we were hiking and then gave me some great locations, but we ran out of time. So much more than a convenience store.

Most delicious baked goods on the island which just happen to be created by two of the most unlikely bakers. Loved the guys! Also, one of the few places open past 8:00pm. Stop in and get a fresh cookie- amazing!!!

Very cute general store with easy access from the road. It's conveniently placed. They actually had quite a few deli products, snacks and grab and go options that were good and tasty!

A amazing general store, with everything you need. From fishing, to breakfast, to the cashier being friendly, there is just everything here. Overall, I rate this place a 4/5, because the one bad thing about this place is that the gas cost is sky high while it is lower just down the road.

This store reminds me of a campground store but in a larger scale. It would appear they have just about everything a camper would need, hot and cold foods, drinks, health and beauty, coffee, etc .. The food they serve is good, they have pizza, food to order. The workers are very nice also.

You should go!!!!! Really great food, REALLY good price. Jason, the owner, is a really personable and nice guy. Definitely don’t drive by, make sure you stop in. It’s so much more than what meets the eye.
