I'm absolutely in love with this garden center! It's not just a place to buy plants; it's an entire experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to chat and share their expertise. I found myself getting lost in the greenhouses, surrounded by a stunning array of colors and textures. The atmosphere is so inviting and peaceful, it's impossible not to feel relaxed and inspired.One of the highlights of my visit was meeting the adorable shop dog – what a charming addition to an already wonderful place! It's clear that this woman-owned local business puts a lot of heart into everything they do.Frost Farms has become my go-to spot whenever I'm on the island. Whether I'm looking for the perfect plant to spruce up my garden or just want to soak in the beautiful vibes, I know I can always count on Frosty and her team. Thank you for creating such a fantastic place to shop and connect with nature and the community. I can't wait to come back!

Nice place with good quality plants. I love their native plant section. I don’t think any other nurseries in the area have that. They have a really nice selection of plants in general. Prices are a little high, but I was able to get a couple plants that I couldn’t find anywhere else, so I paid the high price.

I had a lovely time at Frost Farms yesterday. I had a gift certificate from my Board which was recommendation enough. Loaded with questions, the woman who helped me was kind and patient and oh so helpful. I was interested in native plants and needed ones that would fill in space. I received excellent suggestions and am on my way back today for more.

Frost Farms was so kind, welcoming, and eager to help with my search for specific colors of lilacs! I come from a family of florists and can say from experience that they’ve got a wonderful selection to choose from at very reasonable prices. Their chocolate lab puppy is an added bonus. Will be back on my next pass through the Bar Harbor area.

The plants were very healthy looking, the staff was friendly and when a sign was not removed from a table they honored the price on the sign. I was very grateful for this, I would have had to put back an item or two, I really didn't want to do this as they had everything I had been searching for to complete my herb garden!!! Great looking lemongrass, sage, thyme and they had eucalyptus!!!!!!
